 + -1 moreWhile I was stationed in Korea, the AC went out in my house and my wife called James Lane to come out and fix it. The tech arrived within an hour and went to work. This was on a Saturday evening so it was good that he was able to come out so quickly but the fact that we were charged $2387 for a compressor is ridiculous. That's the usual cost to replace the entire system not just the compressor. We should not have paid more than 500-700 dollars. Additionally, we had to call them back out twice due to the system freezing up forming a block of ice on the handler. James Lane attempted to bill us for $280 and $80 for those two visitsbut once we complained they didn't charge us.
Description of Work: Replaced AC compressor in my home.
