Witt Contracting Solutions recently replaced our roof. Steven Coop (project manager) was on top of the project checking in often and staying after the project was complete to make sure all was done. The roof was removed and replaced in the same day with precautionary measures taken to ensure all debris from the old roof was collected in the tarps below leaving no mess for us to clean up. If you need your roof replaced, do yourself a favor and check these guys out!!!

We had our shingles replaced by Witt Contracting Solutions a few weeks ago. They were great! Cody walked us through the steps we needed to take with our insurance and even met with the adjuster.. He was very polite and professional. The project was completed in 1 day and they cleaned up before they left. The workers were very nice as well. Photos were taken with a drone and shared so I could see what the finished roof looks like. If you are still looking for roofers these guys are great. They also scheduled my screens and my garage doors to be replaced and painted. Highly recommend Witt Contracting Solutions!

Cody worked with insurance company to achieve the best product possible and explained the process to my satisfaction. He is quite a salesman. Jaime, Bernardo and the rest of the team arrived early on the morning of install and did a superb job of covering plants and all areas around the house to catch nails,etc. Jaime texted pictures of the roof as work progressed. They completed the job in ten hours and the roof looks beautiful. They cleaned everything up leaving the area spotless.

Wyatt and Jaime and his crew did a really great job. They took the time to cover my plants and moved everything out of the way, even took old satellite dish and took it away. they cleaned up and put everything back together. They even painted my outside vents on roof to match the color of my new roof, put up new aluminum black edging to match roof as well. Everything looks awesome.

Cody and his crew were fantastic. They completed the job quickly and did an amazing job in cleanup. The house looks great with its new roof.

Working with Cody C and Witt Contracting Solutions was fantastic. What started as a call for a small shingle repair turned into a full replacement of the roof, fully covered by insurance. Cody was very responsive, very professional and was an expert at handling the insurance claims process, making sure that everything that should be covered was covered. The installation was completed in one day, with the team working from dawn to past dark to complete. This was by far the neatest roof installation I've seen with the team putting up netting to protect landscaping and making cleanup easier and generally doing a fantastic job. When the installation was complete and an issue cropped up, Cody took care of it completely and went above and beyond to make sure it was rectified. Highly recommend WCS!

We had five different companies give us bids, and when Cody Witt came, he explained their products and the differences compared to others. We chose a shingle that was not very different from our old shingles but had depth definition and a lifetime warranty. Barrier netting was used for tear down and installation. The netting went from the eaves of the house down to outside of our flowerbeds where another net caught the debris. This protected all of our flower beds and also made for a more efficient clean-up. They also covered our pool and spa with a full tarp to protect them from any debris. The crew never slowed down and because of their work ethic and attention to detail, experience and pride, they know their work shows and they are proud of it and so are we. WCS provided a full-time project manager on sight the entire time to oversee the work and answer our questions. Cody Witt is definitely an insurance whisperer, and he will work with your insurance company to get as much out of the claim as possible. We highly recommend WCS for your roofing needs. Wyatt , Cody and all the crew were wonderful to work with. Pictures of work in progress was very helpful. The work was done very quickly and the roof looks great. The cleanup was also great. They actually left the yard and porch area cleaner than it was before they started. Super job!

Attention to detail was exceptional. Very responsive. Worked very well with our insurance company for hail damage. The initial inspection and quote was very thorough which helped immensely when having our insurance claim processed. The installation crew arrived promptly on the day of the repair and managed to complete the job in one day. They also did a good job with cleaning up everything when they were done. Did exactly what they promised

Cody and his crew were friendly and hard-working, and I would have loved to give them 5 stars. But after paying them almost $15k, I am left with a non-functional fence with broken welds and large gaps at the bottom, and neither Cody Witt nor his project manager will text or call me back. I cannot recommend them. In June 2020, they installed about 825 feet of 5 foot tall metal panel fencing on metal posts. On one 100 ft section, the fence posts were evidently too tall (they should have been buried deeper or cut shorter), and when they attached the wire panels to the top rail, a large gap (6 - 12 inches) was left below the fence, plenty of space for our dog to escape or coyotes to get in. Cody said it was due to uneven terrain, but that particular stretch of the fence has a very little slope, and the gap is consistent throughout a very long span, so it was not necessary to leave such a gap. But in the spirit of compromise, I asked him if he could deliver a couple of extra panels (we would pay for the panels, we just do not have a trailer) so that we could fix the fence on our own. He said yes and even texted me in August 2020 that the panels had been ordered. Unfortunately, that was the last I heard from him. I have texted him several times since then, asking for an update on his timing. I also left him a couple of voice messages and reached out to his project manager (also named Cody) who worked on our job. Super nice guy during construction, but no response. In addition to the large gap at the bottom, our fence also has several broken welds and a gate that will not open - Cody said that might happen and they would be back to fix any issues a few months after install. So much for that. I let him know about those problems months ago, no response. Now, 8 months after the fence was installed and the gap problem was first brought to Codys attention, and 6 months after I last heard from him, I am giving up and will hire another contractor. My advice - either do not hire them at all or make sure that all repairs are completed before paying them in full. Although he came across as trustworthy and responsive during the fence construction, there has been absolutely no response or follow-through since then.

WCS installed my new roof in a single day. They helped walk me through the claims process with my insurance company. Highly recommend.

I gathered three quotes from HomeAdvisor Pro's for my residential 300ft of cedar fence replacement with a 10ft double gate and a walk in gate. Witt contracting was competitive with pricing and offered a unique technology for long term durability. The job was completed quickly. The project managers and labor were friendly, trustworthy, professional and best of all communicated closely during the entire job.

I originally gave a 5-star rating and said, "Honest, hard-working, well-coordinated team and extremely efficient. I would recommend them without reservation." However, he said the wood wouldn't warp and if I had a problem with it to let him know and they'd take care of it. I have called him and texted him several times and haven't gotten any response from him at all. I finally called his partner who said he'd look into things the next business day and then never heard from him. I have at least 3 badly warped boards and some not so badly and one board with a huge knot that is splitting the board in two. He also told me originally that if he got a 5-star rating from us he'd give us a $25 gift card. That never happened. I know he got two other fencing projects in my neighborhood because of the work he did at my house. I now assume I'll need to buy my own cedar boards and replace the bad ones myself. I was extremely surprised at the experience I had with Witt Contracting! Cody responded very quickly to the request I had put in. Came out the same day for a quote. Kept in contact with me and showed up when he said he would. He and his helper were very personable, the work was superb, and I am 100% satisfied and happy with everything they did for me. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. They were awesome!

Iâ m very pleased with the work that Cody and his men did at my properties. This company does it all right. They give you a good estimate of what the job will cost and time it will take to do the job. Very reasonable rates. These guys are real craftsmen that know what they are doing. Calling Cody is the best decision you can make if you need a new fence installed and help on all home repairs.
