Joe was great. He worked around us living in the house throughout the renovation. Great attitude; true professional. His awesome work greatly helped me sell this home for asking price on the first day on the market!

I am quite pleased with Joe's work. He doesn't waste time or money. When other trades prevented him from working, he left and didn't charge for that time. In the past, other contractors charged more and did less quality work. I have been blessed with a skilled contractor who has skilled tradepersons on his list of contractors. I wish I had known about him last year; we are repairing all the work previous contractors did last year. I could have saved $30K!
