Description of Work: Joe remodeled my laundry room, both bathrooms and added crown moulding throught the house and garage.; he also finished my windows inside and out and added new window sills.

 + -1 moreI am quite pleased with Joe's work. He doesn't waste time or money. When other trades prevented him from working, he left and didn't charge for that time. In the past, other contractors charged more and did less quality work. I have been blessed with a skilled contractor who has skilled tradepersons on his list of contractors. I wish I had known about him last year; we are repairing all the work previous contractors did last year. I could have saved $30K! I will definitely call him in the future!
Description of Work: Joe has removed sheetrock so I could replace the insulation after new plumbing was installed. He closed off a doorway that is no longer needed. When the electrician and plumbers were working in his area, he would take off and not charge me for his 'down' time. He added 1x4's to inside of all windows and added trim around windows; hung blinds. Built new cat condo to cover outside exit; removed porch brick walls and added new support post. He also updated all closet shelving.
