The guy that came was surprisingly fast and very professional. I had a ceiling fan replaced and a vent cover fixed. It was worth the price. I'd use him again.

Mr. Roundtree never came to check on his employees, which would have been beneficial because they did not know how to do the job. They were at my home for over 9hrs and only completed 1% of the job, so my husband fired them but paid them 100.00 for the attempted work done. My husband attempted to call Mr. Roundtree several times to discuss the performance of his crew and how dissatisfied we were. He wanted to see Mr. Roundtree personally only to be told, by him, he was out of town. The fact that he would leave before the job was completed shows his lack of professionalism as well as customer service. I would not recommend this gentleman for any job!!!! I felt like I had been taken advantage of and that is a feeling I would not want anyone to have.

Dave contacted me right away; set up a time; had an opening sooner than the original time and called me so we were able to get the work done right away. I appreciated his calm, friendly demeanor and his quality of work. He and his helper, Enrique, replaced my mailbox, fixed my back door that was too tight, fixed my front door that has blinds in the door that was sticking and fixed my garage door that needed a new sensor. I will definitely use them again and I do recommend them. I felt I paid a fair price for the work they did.

Dave and crew came and finished several jobs for us. They replaced a cabinet bottom in my kitchen cabinets under the sink. My garbage disposer had leaked and they repaired it beautifully. They also applied new caulk to my shower stall and my 2 bathrooms. They also replaced my front wooden fence pickets and added a new gate with hardware. They were very polite, clean and reasonable. I will be calling them again very soon. We highly recommend them. Thanks Dave!!

Dave responded quickly to the request for a quote, he kept the time window we arranged and completed the installation of my chandelier quickly and at a fair price.

Had a leak in a-c drain line. Dave discovered the cause of the problem. We will use Dave again in the future.

Dave is an ideal professional. He is experienced and patient. While installing my new cooktop, Dave realized that we needed a different part to complete the installation. We drove to Home Depot, purchased the part and the installation was done. Not only he did a good job, he was very helpful and friendly. His bill was also reasonable.
