Paint & Drywall Performance

Right on time, cleaned up afterwards, and the walls looked fantastic! I could not have been happier with the results that were achieved. I would definitely use this company again, if needed.

The Owner was very professional and very dependable. He is also a perfectionist. The painters on his staff did an excellent job. They were very neat and attentive to every detail. I have hard wood floors which is spotless so I addressed my concerns with the Owner prior to confirming anything.Not only was there not any damage, there were no shoe marks or paint drippings. They started work on time every morning and ended around the time I got home. They cleaned up at the end of the day to the degree where it does not seem as though they were there. Each day, I was amazed at the progression of the work and also the quality. Now, my place looks like it should be on HGTV (What you get for the money). I loved the work so much, that I gave them a generous tip.

They showed up on schedule, did the repair and left. The "depth" and texture match the existing ceiling very well.

Patricio did an estimate on the same day that I called. Patricio and helper then arrived on time the NEXT day and performed all the work in an efficient and professional manner. Everything (carpet, walls and furniture) was covered with drop cloths and taped for protection against spills. Couldn't ask for a better job! Would not have reservations about recommending these guys to anyone! Great job!

Patricio arrived on time for the estimate, which was one day's work, and set up to start the next day. We had not moved into our home yet and had to be there to let the crew in and lock up at night. In painting the ceiling, we were concerned about protecting the expensive wooden floors since scaffolding had to be used. No worries, the floor was protected through out the whole procedure. We checked on the work about 3:00 pm just as a second coat of paint was about to applied and was shocked at the color (we did not do a sample paint first, silly us!). After discussions about what we could do at this point, work stopped, paint loaded up, and we were off to the paint store to have the paint tinted to a more palatable color. The crew was very patient with us even if we did hold them up an hour or so, but alas their troubles were not over yet. The power went off about 5:00 pm, but they continued working till dark and were almost finished. The next morning touch-ups were done, floor was swept several times and minor smudges cleaned off here and there, and rehung drapes. Excellent job considering all the hurdles they had to overcome and was surprised at clean they left the house!

The painters did an excellent job. They were very professional. I hardly knew that they were there. There was nothing to clean up after they were done. I was very pleased with the job and the price. I would hire them again and I would recommend them to friends.

Patrcio and his crew were always on-time, cleaned up each day and did exactly what they said they would do. He showed up one day before scheduled, nice! The job was finished on time and looks great. He was always on time and communicated very well about what was happening and what was next.

It took two days to accomplish, but they were very thorough and their work was outstanding. They began work the same afternoon they came out to inspect the job.

I thought he was going to have to tear out the wall, but he was able to find a better, cheaper and less invasive solution. Patricio Tristan was very polite, and he took his shoes off in my home. I thought it was going to cost around $200-$300, but it was much less. I plan on using him again in the future. He showed up right on time, as well.

Patricio was very responsive and got the work done, the day after my estimate. He completed the work, in about 2.5 hours. I was extremely pleased with the outcome, as well as with his professionalism.

I called Patricio and he came out the same day to give me an estimate. He showed up when he said he would to do the work. He did a fantastic job! He patched the holes and matched the texture perfectly. He was very nice and personable and I would highly recommend him.

The tub in my bathroom overflowed into my kitchen ceiling leaving me a large mess. I called Patricia at Paint and Drywall Performance, and they did a fabulous job. The men removed the old sheet rock, put up new stuff in the whole kitchen, they were very quick, and polite. These men also painted the sheet rock, and we are very pleased with the service work they did for us. I also was pleased with the $200 bill, as it was very reasonable to get my ceiling done.
