Bryan checked the entire unit, inside and out and found a non functioning sensor for the defrost cycle and reset our thermostat for emergency use of heat strips if we should have further problems. Very nice, courteous. Have used Killenair for HVAC service for 2 years.

They were great and very good. They had a problem placing our appointment but they came. I was happy with their service.

Don't walk, run to this company for your air conditioning needs. I can't say enough great things about the way they handled the entire transaction beginning with my inquiry phone call until they left my house. They were the most polite and courteous service company I have EVER dealt with. Their pricing was more than fair and beat all the other company names you have heard of. They left my house cleaner than when they walked in. They guys worked well together and had an obvious respect for each other. They explained every component of the system they installed and made sure I knew how it worked. I have been reluctant to replace my hvac because of the experience friends have had with companies they have used. When I started talking with companies for myself, I knew it wasn't going to be a pleasant experience, that is until I spoke with Jackie at Killenair. I knew right away that the company was different. Not until the completion of the work did I fully understand how different this company is. Being family owned means something to them and there is genuine pride in their work and their work ethic. This is a WONDERFUL company to work with!

The price seemed reasonable. They were very prompt. professional and showed us the element of the water heater. I would recommend him.

We had been using another company for annual AC service inspections, but I couldn't find their number so I called Killenair using Angie's List. They arrived promptly and did a great job, fixing bad wiring for free (that had been left untouched for five years by the other company), washing the outdoor compressor filters for the first time ever, and recommending installation of another intake vent inside to reduce strain on the compressor (which they came back later and did for under $200). Bravo!

On time, know their work, and they are very honest when it comes to repairs and they give you several options to fix a problem. I would hire them again to do duct work.

Bought the big deal from Angies List. They came out on time serviced the outside unit and the inside blower. Did a good job.

Terrific, prompt, efficient and completely communicated the problems and a variety of solutions.

Tech met the appointment in a timely fashion, used all the current airconditioning tools to measure the pressure and degree of coolness the air conditioning unit was putting out. The unit was performing satisfactorily and Tech proved that with his tools.

On time, as described and went an extra mile to perform quality work. Guy speaks a little of Spanish so i believe that if you cant be home and you only have a spanish speaking person at the address there would not be a language berrier. I like companies that are inovative when it comes to communication and service and these guys meet that qualification.

The service call was placed in the afternoon and Bryan was able to check the unit that afternoon. He identified a problem but then determined there were other issues. He was able to fix everything so the unit was running smoothly when he left. He expained the problems and answered all of my questions. I have complete confidence in his knowledge about the problems of my heating unit. He suggested preventative maintenence which i can do and will help the unit run better. I was very thankful he was able to check the unit so quickly and I will most definitely call them again when I need repairs. I highly recommend this company. They were prompt, efficient, and helpful.

I was really happy with Killenair. We signed a contract with them because the guy went way out of his way and made sure to not make me look stupid. A lot of workers try to make women look stupid and I appreciate that he did not do that.

I liked everything about them. They came out and addressed all our concerns. They are coming back next week for followup and to service our AC. The guy who came out gave us a lot of information. I would use their service in the future too.
