+ -1 moreKyle Brennan, owner and operator responded to our needs in a timely and professional manner. Our AC unit was "freezing up" and could not meet the demands of the 100+ heat here in beautiful bucolic Bulverde, TX. Kyle began his interventions in a sequential, manner; beginning with the least invasive (aka least expensive). While just adding freon was not adequate to the task, Kyle found the problem, showed us the defective part, replaced it, and totally reloaded our freon at the price he originally estimated. His integrity, thorough approach to problem solving, and generous spirit are refreshing in this often short-sighted business climate. We recommended Kyle to our neighbor who had utilized another company - to no avail. Kyle resolved the problem on his first trip out,while his competitor had attempted to fix it on three previous calls.
