 + -1 moreI was pleased with the way my remodeling project was handled from start to finish. The owner was very helpful in assisting me in making appropriate decisions as needed. I especially appreciated the attentiveness and accommodation given to my needs and concerns. The project supervisor was present when workmen were in my home. I found him as well as the workmen to be competent and considerate. It was a success in all aspects.
Description of Work: remodeling of two bathrooms and installation of wood flooring in 4 bedrooms and hallway

 + 6 moreAs a Realtor, I was very impressed with with the extreme attention to detail & materials used in the construction of this new Mediterranean style build. From the landscaping to the front iron door to the back yard deck overlooking the golf course, I understand why this home...Unfortunately, is already under contract.
Description of Work: Looked at new construction by Urbano Design & Build located on the 17th fairway of the San Antonio Country Club. I was looking for a private & unique location for my Buyers, that was close to Downtown, but still an easy drive to the Airport.

 + 0 moreI'm very impressed with their work. They told me how long it was going to take and finished up before other competitor's estimates. The owner was on site each day making sure that her crew was on pointe. Her price was less than others but the work was far superior. I am always going to use them!
Description of Work: They have done extensive remodels on my home. The most recent visit, she redid an upstairs bathroom.

 + -1 moreThis is Urbano Designs second contract with our home. That itself speaks volumes. This project was a complete renovation of our pool. The pool had many issues from the decking and staining, plumbing and pumps, filter systems and circulation, and leaks and cracks. It was in bad shape. It had been suggested to remove the pool and start over, but Urbano Designs took on the project. She gave us a price and date. She hit the price and beat the date. She stayed in constant communication, held the team accountable and allowed us to participate in the decisions along the way. She demonstrated great integrity and we appreciate her attention to the details. We will certainly use Urbano Designs again.

 + -1 moreUrbano Designs remodeled two upstairs bathrooms and created a third. Lori Urbano oversaw every aspect of the project and completed it in a surprising two an a half weeks. Her professionalism paired with absolute attention to every detail is impressive. I look forward to using Urbano Designs for my next major remodel! I highly recommend this company!
Description of Work: I have three children and only two bathrooms upstairs. While the children were at camp, Urbano Designs remodeled two baths and created a third. I met with Lori Urbano and was instantly impressed with her work ethic and abilities. Her professionalism and knowledge was evident. Because my comfort level with her abilities was so high, I gave her full design authority and handed over the keys to my home. Two bath were taken down to the studs and remodeled. The dated 1980's baths were transformed into sleek, warm, california-contemporary spaces. They are absolutely gorgeous. For the third bath, Lori Urbano designed and created a private bathroom from a hall closet adjoining a bedroom. It was nothing short of artistry. I never would have considered utilizing the closet. All other contractors encouraged me to use expensive attic space on the other side of the room. Lori Urbano not only solved a stylistic problem, she saved me thousands of dollars by creating the bath her way. She oversaw every detail and remained at my house for the duration. Attentive to every detail, she executed her design plan quickly and professionally. When my children came home and saw the finished baths, they couldn't believe how beautiful it looked. Not only do they love their rooms a lot more, they fight much less because they have their own space. I couldn't be happier with the finished product and she will be doing all my future remodels.
