Contractor was running late but we received a call in advance of the windows we scheduled to inform us. Upon arrival, he was extremely professional and went the extra mile to make sure the garage door was operating properly. He also provided maintenance tips to prolong the life of the other components. He did push unneeded services and service price was excellent.

Good but pricey...

The company sent a very knowledgeable person and answered all of my questions concerning the repairs of my garage door. The repair person gave a couple of options, reasonably priced. I chose the one that had the lifetime guarantee. There was absolutely no pressure in taking this offer. Within the hour, he had completed the job and cleaned up any mess the task created. Besides being knowledgeable, he was very friendly, honest, and easy to talk to about the subject. My garage door works better than ever. The new components will extend the life of my opener's motor. I recommend this company to anyone who needs their garage door repair.

Gave me some recommendations that saved me considerable time and money in the future. People say you can't get customer service like this anymore but this young man totally proved that theory wrong. He could have just done the job initially without saying anything and I would not have been the wiser, but he took the time to help me out. He did this despite the fact that he would have to make another trip to my house three days later.
