Went well. I think the person who I spoke with was wanting to do more than I was asking. The person who came, was pleasant and professional, and completed the work that I was asking for. He was there for a little over an hour and charged 250. Hopefully the repair will hold up. Thank you Monumental Roofing!

Al came out and was very responsive. He assured me he could stop the roof from leaking. He gave me an estimate that was a third of other estimates. This has been about a year and a half ago. Later there was a slight leak in another area that they did not work on, but they still came out and repaired that too at no additional cost. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

As part of my home sale, I agreed to have a roofer inspect and replace some damaged shingles on the roof. Al responded to my quote request quickly by phone and we corresponded over email to get him the pictures of the areas of concern. Everything up for the next morning as he already had a crew working in the area. The technician arrived the next morning, took pictures of all of the areas I needed to address and let me know exactly what he was going to do. The job was finished quickly with no issues. I was also shown the photos of the completed work. Very professional and courteous service.

It went very well. A shingle fell from what we thought was our roof which is why we contacted Monumental. I spoke with Al, the owner. He dispatched Jonathan and Peter the same day, which was great because it was raining a couple of days ago. Jonathan and Peter inspected the roof. The shingle that fell did not match the shingles on our roof, and no shingles were missing on our roof. However, they found improperly installed shingles around an exhaust vent. We had the roof replaced back in 2016 after the last big hail storm. This caused water to drip into the attic during a rain, probably very minor at first (not noticeable), but has gradually gotten worse as found the other day when I went into the attic. Honestly, we would not have known had that shingle not dropped into our yard. Pipe jacks on the roof were also very poorly caulked. Both Jonathan and Peter were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable to questions and concerns, even to a request to recheck a certain part of the roof. Jonathan properly replaced the shingles around the exhaust vent so that the shingles now cover where the vent is anchored to the roof rather than "around" that anchor. He then sealed with roof cement the borders where the new shingles and the vent meets. The nails around the pipe jacks were generously re-caulked. Photos were taken of the work before, during, and after. For any work done on your home, especially the roof, we need to trust the contractor. Monumental has earned that trust.

Al and his team were amazing! We were doing an insurance claim from out of state. We've also never done an insurance claim before. Al walked us through the entire process. Always quick to respond via email, text, and phone. Monumental Roofing was the easiest part of the process and the least stressful. They were patient when it came to the insurance claim and the insurance checks. Also patient when dealing with the HOA. Can't thank them enough! Highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs. They did a great job! No slick talk, no used car salesman. Just a great company, a great roof, at a great price. I did a lot of research and did a lot of calling around. I got a handful of estimates. Al will take care of you!
