About us
Koala Insulation of North San Antonio is the area's certified insulation expert providing high-quality insulation services to homeowners, contractors and property owners. We work with new construction, retrofit applications, and properties affected by natural disasters or that have suffered significant damage. We provide all types of insulation including blown-in cellulose and fiberglass, spray foam, and batt-insulation. Furthermore, we provide a number of energy efficiency upgrades such as air sealing, thermal imaging, hatch and can light covers. If it involves insulating or improving energy efficiency within a building envelope, we can handle it. We offer competitive prices and free insulation evaluations. We are locally owned and operated, fully insured and licensed, and our services come with a limited lifetime warranty.

The took the time to understand the problem and to work with me to come up with a plan to fix the builderâ  s horrible insulation and. Home noise attenuation. Now, I have the right amount of insulation and more importantly my home is quiet!! If you have constant noise - call them for a survey. They are totally worth the money!

Communication was professional and timely throughout. The team showed up on time (to the minute), did a great job installing batt insulation on vertical areas in my attic, blew insulation throughout and even far into the hard to reach spaces, cleaned up thoroughly, and finished with four minutes to spare. I really couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Matt did an excellent job of discussing the project and evaluating the building before submitting his bid. He was not the lowest bidder, but he earned my business by coming out to see the site and explaining possible options. I needed to install the electrical before his team came in and it ended up taking me longer than expected. Matt did not try to rush me. When I was ready, he scheduled the install, and his team arrived on site at the agreed to time. They completed their work in a day as promised and did a pretty through job of clean-up. It took them a little longer than anticipated, so it was dark when they finished working, thus the 4 1/2 stars instead of 5 on quality. Basically, they missed a few spots and I had to trim the excess foam myself. No big deal, and I would hire them again.

Great job! I enjoyed working with Christian. Excellent communication from start to finish and the price was fair. Koala did such a great job with our blown in insulation project (attic), we went ahead and used them to install spray foam insulation under our pier and beam house. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic job! It was a pleasure working with Christian and Matt. They quoted me a fair price to insulate my garage walls and attic with cellulose, got here early to make sure they'd have it done that day, and then knocked it out quick. It has made such a difference in my garage. Excellent work!
