Hicks family was very good to work with for all aspects of carpet selection and installation. We had a leak in bathroom so Hicks installed carpet in bedroom then came back to install in walk in closet. we were very pleased with their professionalism and customer service.

Having been in the business since 1935, we have many customers that we have provided flooring services for on numerous projects over the years, and many times on multiple homes. the lack of cummunication the [member name removed] project stemmed from the fact that the sales representative working with [member name removed] gave her two weeks notice shortly after the [member name removed] began their project. We do not use this as an excuse, but as clarification as to why things were not communicated in a timely fashion. Many of the communication issues with not having enough product and the installers not being briefed on the scope of the project would have been alleviated in our normal routine of how we do business. this situation is not indicative of how we work and communicate with our customers. We provide follow up care and warranty information on all our projects. We will make sure [member name removed] has the proper warranty and care information for her flooring and we are certainly pleased the end result is that she is satisfied with her new flooring!"
