Fantastic. We have hiredhim several times and friends have hired him several times and ee always get great feedback.

Frank showed up with his crew earlier than scheduled, and went about the job expeditiously. It was obvious that he and his crew were very experienced. They ended up using the exact amount of paint/materials he told me to buy ahead of time, which was another testament to his expertise. They got the job done in about five hours, and they cleaned everything up before they left. I was extremely satisfied with Frank and his crew, and would highly recommend them.

Frank had painted my home 2 years ago, all interior; even spray painted the popcorn ceiling. I called him this time because I needed his help in getting many projects completed in a certain amount of time so I can put my house up for sale.As usual, he arrived on time with a smile on his face. He carefully looked at my outside plans and gave me his opinion of what he thought would be more advantageous. I must say, his wonderful sense of color and his ideas that will make a room look better, work. He doesn't gauge me on the price. He's fair and an absolute delight to work with. He'll take his time working with your idea and see how he can get it to work or modify the plan. He is honest, honorable, does excellent work, is most professional and really knows his field. Would I use him again? You bet!

I was impressed by Frank. He explained he would personally work the job start to finish and would not hand the job off to laborers with not much experience as so many contractors do. Frank knows his stuff. The inside of our home looks great. I enjoyed having Frank do the job. He's very professional and his rates are fair.

Frank worked very hard and built everything exactly the way I requested. Job took 3 days.

Frank did an excellent job. My wood home, which had an old and worn exterior, now looks like a new house. The craftsmanship was wonderful. The only problem I had was that I informed him on our initial interview, along with the 1st and 2nd day of work that I did not want my neighbor working on my property. Frank informed me on the 3rd day that he had hired my neighbor to assist, stating he forgot that I did not want my neighbor working on my property. Frank had no previous dealing with my neighbor and no reason for hiring him. Frank admitted he made a mistake in hiring my neighbor and would take full responsibility for any problems, incidents or accidents since my neighbor did not have any liability insurance and was not part of the initial contract. Outside of that issue, the workmanship was excellent and many people have been very impressed with my "new" home.

He is very honest and reasonable. He works hard and does a great job.

I had several estimates to have minor repairs and painting done to the exterior of my house. Frank was one of the least expensive. He understood our desires and expectations and worked within our budget. He did an excellent job in prepping the house before painting. I would definitely hire him for future painting projects as well as refer him to friends.

Frank came out to my house and did an estimate to repair a piece of soffit that was falling off the back roof, as well as another piece that was warping away from the house. I also asked him to estimate, not repair, what it would take to attach a downpipe to downspout from the front gutter that did not have one. His estimate was so reasonable, I went ahead and did both. He did excellent work and was finished in no time.

He has done work for several of my neighbors and they are all pleased. I was real happy with him, I called him one day and he came out the next. he gave me a reasonable estimate and I plan to hire him in the next few weeks.
