He did a great job. The work he did was not easy. I tried to remove the cartridge myself, but the screw to the handle broke off, and the pipe had a lot of calcium deposits which made very difficult to get the cartridge out. I heard him in the bathroom drill and pounding until, about an hour and half, he finally got it out. I will definitely hire him again.

The experience was amazing, from start to finish. I had two vendors come out and give me an estimate for the 30 foot plumbing from the wall, to the middle of my deck where I am housing my new Weber grill. The first plumbing company quoted me, Will's All Pro Plumbing, $3600 -$4600, using composite pipe to do the job. I told the plumber I thought this was at least 5x's my expectation on cost. Fortunately, I called Capps and had a wonderful customer service person (the owner's wife), that professionally managed the two visits her husband made to my house. First to make the estimate and second to the work. After he came out and called me with the estimate, I was nearly passed out, it was 1/8th the cost of the prior estimate at $600. Furthermore, it was using steel pipe, and not the cheaper composite piping. I didn't even let them finish reading out the cost estimate, I asked them to come out and get it started asap! The work was then done, the following day, and the plumber went the extra mile and even setup my grill! I'm a discerning customer, and the work was done fantastically.

We had an afternoon appointment and Jackie called before noon to ask if they could come early. Jonathan arrived within 10 minutes and went right to work. He carefully dug a hole working around tree roots and underground wires. A PVC pipe for our sprinkler system was broken. Two pipes were side-by-side so he had to make sure the one next to it was ok. Jonathan told me what he was doing as he worked. I've done many repairs to our homes over the years and enjoy knowing how things work. Jonathan had to go to a supply house for the new pipe and returned within a half hour. No wasted time here! He waited for the seals to dry and tested to make sure there were no leaks. He filled the hole and cleaned up the area. My husband and I are very impressed with the company and Jonathan. They honored a coupon for $20 off on Angie's List for first time customers. Small company with BIG customer service qualities!!

Awesome. Art, from C.A.P.P., responded to my call today to check out a water leak on the outside of my house. He diagnosed the most likely cause within minutes, had the ground dug up and found the actual leak within about 45 minutes. A little over an hour later, the leak was fixed.

Every thing like brand new. Would hire both contractors again.

We hired CAPPS after another company repeatedly failed to show up to do the testing we needed. I contacted CAPPS and they were able to come out the next day to do the testing. We had 3 major sewer breaks that ended up requiring 16' of tunneling. We were coming up on closing on the house, and they got the work done within our very limited timeline. They kept us informed through the entire process, and their price was better than we expected. Working with them was the most pleasant part of our home selling experience.

The clog came back a few days later, but the guy worked very hard at trying to clear it, and for a fair price for what seemed like diligent work. A different plumber, from an insurance contract I had, actually fixed the issue in the end, which was probably a more easily taken care of due to CAPPS earlier job.

Wow. Very impressive. Super friendly, responsive and professional. Water leak under driveway required a lot of work to find and fix. Not only fixed the issue but cleaned up the bad work done by the builder and set up the system for an upcoming sprinkler upgrade. Great service by Art...much appreciated

This is about the sixth time or so that I've used C.A.P.P.S. Plumbing, and I'm always pleased with their service and the pricing they offer.

3 days later the leak returned. It was never fixed. Just some hoses moved around.

My 2nd time using CAPPS. I cleared sinks so tech could get straight to work. Art installed 2 bathroom sinks in 60+ minutes. Highly recommend. I had a different plumber give me a $325 estimate to install both faucets prior to CAPPS doing the work.

Art came out and inspected the problems and went right to work. He fixed all issues and noted one area needed no repairs. Additionally, he was kind enough to offer suggestions on how to insulate some exposed pex lines and where to get the necessary supplies. The only very minor issue is I was asked to be available for a four hour window, and by the third hour I had to call and ask when he was arriving. Those three hours were valuable time I could have used at work. Otherwise, fantastic service. I will call on them again, but ask for a narrower wait time.

Art and Johnathan have always been on time and very profession. For instance, the price they charged for repairing one gas hot water heater was significantly lower than that of the company that made the same repair on the other water heater in my rental cottage, and it was a high quality repair. I would recommend Capps Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work. In fact, I have already done that. It's hard to put a price on the service because they have done so many different jobs for me, but I selected the price for the job where he installed a new garbage disposal which he provided himself, hooked up a new ice water line to a new refrigerator, and rearranged existing piping under the sink where friends had tried to help me by hooking up the dishwasher and other plumbing items without really knowing what they were doing. They tried to help, but there is just no substitute for a professional. It's all good now after Capps made sense of everything!
