Fabulous-can’t say enough-worked customer service for 30 years and Honest Abe's won the gold medal-Kind, courteous thoughtful, and a fabulous job was done-hire these people!!! Price was good also-Had to have my AC and furnace replaced-job well done!!!

Orlando and his crew were very knowledgeable and took their time assessing our needs. Once aligned he was very thoughtful in his approach on cost, financing options, and wasn't pushy. He even suggested a few other programs that may save additional dollars. Needless to say, we hired him and has been my go to person for AC needs/Recos since he installed our unit.

I recieved advice from a friend while I was getting other quotes from other companies. They referred me to Honest Abes company. So, why not. I was impressed with the professional attitude with the owner. An experienced professional with 23 years of service. He covered all bases of replacing my old HVAC. The pricing, workmanship, and quality of the unit he was installing. It was the answers I wanted to hear. He gave me confidence in the replacement unit and his work to follow. All work was completed to the letter and I couldn't be more happier with the decision I made.

This is a small family owned and operated business and they (Orlando & Marisa) are just good people, and they hire good people. They do great work at very reasonable prices and really work to make you happy, what more could you want? I have dealt with larger companies that drive (pressure) their employees to upsell products and services that you may not even need and at ridiculous margins. These folks do their best to live up to the company name by being fair and honest.

I was able to reach Marisa with Honest Abe's Comfort Solutions right away after I placed my need of HVAC services. She scheduled me for service the next day. Orlando and Michael were very professional! They were on time, actually early, which was approved by me. They explained everything to me, showing me pictures of the unit since I am disabled and unable to get outside to see for myself. I appreciated everything they did. What a great company. We all need to support small businesses in these times. We had our old HVAC system replaced and Orlando and his employees did an excellent job. They were on time, courteous and hard working. Their receptionist, Orlando's wife was outstanding as well. She kept us informed on every aspect of the job. From the office receptionist/person I was pleased with her knowledge understanding of my problem. When the technician arrived he diagnosed the problem ordered the parts and had my unit up and running. My temperature is the house went from 60 to 70,s quickly. I even signed a maintenance agreement with them because of the professionalism.

Orlando provided a fair quote for the job. The team arrived on time, worked diligently, cleaned up and walked me through the inspection of the new outside and inside units.
