The crew stuffed my items in storage broke and ripped two couches. No reimbursement. I would not recommend this company.

Took the east way out of moving things, did not do things correctly. Broke an overhead fixture in the hallway moving a dresser as well.

These guys were great. I had to re-schedule a couple times due to issues on my end and they were able to accommodate and provided great customer service. They were quick and came with good attitudes.

Damaged all my antique furniture and trashed several pieces not repairable I believe they took husband work equipment (ladder, drills, work radio, etc) denied the claim and avoiding calls paid 10400.00 for them to dropkick boxes and trash ALL of my furniture. Do not use this company if you value your possession they lie to get your business. : Was horrible beware they damaged all furniture and trashed some not professional at all does not honor what they claim filed claim on furniture and was denied they promised in beginning if damages they would cover NOPE!!! Filed with b b b and they lied about everything there ratings are false! Do not and would not recommend if you value your things do not hire I believe they also took property and denied that there employees were responsible but said we lied. Very bad company people need to know do your research and you will find I am not the only one saying this do not look at there false good reviews lies! Beware of this company!

I hired this company to load a large U-Haul truck from my storage to move out of state, actually over 1600 miles away. The way they loaded the truck resulted in many items broken and everything fallen on top of each other sustaining damages during my road trip. For that it was very expensive and the crew by the company I hired to unload my truck at my destination, was actually taking photos to show the conditions and how unprofessionally it was loaded!

The crew was very friendly and talkative. Unfortunately, they broke some items damaged the door trim to the master bedroom scuffed our recently painted walls. The worst part of it all was the items that were damaged I overlooked or did not notice at the time. Had they just been honest and said we broke this without trying to leave in a hurry I would have worked something out. Honesty is key to great customer service. Truly dissatisfied and would not recommend it. I choose Chapas Moving Express based on all the positive comments and reviews I had found online and through Home Advisor. I really wish the crew would have just been honest instead of hiding it hoping I did not notice.
