The terrible customer service and very poor communication from the salesman Joaquin turned this into a very slow and painful process. Still waiting on my carpet to be installed so I am not sure about quality yet. They have it, and I have paid them but they just can't seem to get it together enough to put me on the installation schedule. No matter how many times I call or email and leave my correct call back number. Not to mention how long I took me to get the quote and actually get the carpet ordered because of poor communication and lack of attention to detail. Joaquin even blamed me for his mistakes. Mistakes happen, but rude behavior and unprofessionalism shouldn't . This was for a rental property I own and my other properties that need work in the future will surely go through Lowes. Too bad I already gave this place my money.

A huge "thank you" to Tate and Austin for doing an absolutely wonderful job on our project. They are two young men with integrity, kindness, commitment and professionalism, all beyond reproach. We have already, and will continue to, highly recommend them to our friends and family. They are an asset to Casey One Carpet!!

What was guaranteed to be delivered and finished within a weeks time turned into over 6+ weeks. Sells person and laborers couldnt communicate without agreeing on how flooring needed to be done in den. Not all materials were ordered( delaying) further installation. Laborer walked off job over conflict with sells person. Sells person became very rude to us when we questioned whether things were ordered( after 4 week mark). Another installer came out to finish and he too got into dispute over how work should be do with sells person. Installer finished with very poor results. Small patches of carpet were barely glued into corners. They would come up when vacuuming. Up on baseboard area in sunken den were gapping open where it wasn't glued properly. No padding was used in areas going up to kitchen area to meet wood flooring. Gap were carpet was very poorly pieced together. Laminate flooring is coming unglued in places.

Carpet and pad replacement. Salesman was courteous and worked for my business. The time was spent to find the appropriate carpet and pad which suited my taste, and worked hard to get the price within my budget.
