Work completed on Feb 2nd went smooth. Although, City water department didn't receive annual inspection results until, after 0930 on Feb 9th. I was very concerned results had not been submitted in a timely matter as suspense of Feb 14 was approaching to avoid disruption in water service.

Great. Arrived on time and did a great job. I would use their services in the future.

I would recommend Mr. Cook to anybody, he does good work and is fast.Will write more when I replace those valves.

It went great! They called before arriving to be sure I was home. Made quick work of determining our needs. Explained what needed to get done/repaired clearly. Was very curteous and professional!

He was excellent. I have him in my book now in case I run into anymore problems in the future. He was nice, prompt, and very good.

Mr. Cook arrived within an hour of my call to him and and spent 2 hours digging in the mud and replaced a fauly valve and a few other pieces of pipe. It was over a hundred degrees outside and he never took a break. He did an excellent job cleaning the area up and piutting the grass back in place. A few days later you'd never have known that he was there.

Cooks Rainmaker Irrigation was really excellent. My water level was really high and he came out and fixed it. Nobody else would, they wanted to wait until the weekend.

The employees at Cook's Rainmaker Irrigation were pleasant and honest. I would use them again in the future.

Our sprinkler system had stopped working so we called Joe, who we found on Angie's List.  He responded immediately and arrived at our house when he said he would.  And thank goodness he was there!!  At the same time, we were having some trees from a local nursery planted.  The tree guys hit the main water line to our house with their auger!  Hmmm.  4:00 on Good Friday afternoon-- we were going to have to call a plumber!  Actually we didn't have to-- Joe took charge and fixed the water pipe in less than 30 minutes!  Then when the tree guys went to dig the second hole, they hit  a sprinkler pipe!  And then there was Joe to the rescue again!  After all of the excitement with busted water pipes, Joe installed a new control for our sprinkler, which is why he was there in the first place!  He did a great job and has already called back to follow up on more work that we want to have done with adding new sprinklers.  We haven't gotten the bill yet, but as far as doing the job he was supposed to to-- he went above and beyond!!  Thanks, Joe!!

I had forgotten that I needed to have my sprinkler system tested to make sure that there was no backflow issues, since the city had adopted to enforce the state regulation. The city unexpectedly turned my water off later in the afternoon. I called Mr. Cook and explained the problem. He was on a job, but told me that he would be there to get the problem fixed. Mr. Cook kept that promise, not only did he make it to my home way after normal business hours, but he contacted the water company and was able to turn my water back on that night, without me incurring a few from the city. Mr. Cook lives in Lorena Tx and the drive to Killeen Tx isn't a short one, but each time I'm had an issue, Mr. Cook was there to help. His fee is extremely reasonable, his professionalism is outstanding, and his work is without comparison. I would, and do, recommend Cook's RainMaker Irrigation, Inc for anyone who requires any type of irrigation service. I promise you will not be disappointed.
