I had to order the refrigerator because they don't keep it in stock. Their prices were better than the other guys anyway. They did good. I've done a lot of business with best buy.

We were extremely impressed with the young lady who assisted us.  She had been with Best Buy for several years, which is always a good sign, and had purchased several of the Kindle Fire Tablets for family members.  After describing the age of the recipients and what they planned to use the products for, she was able to give us helpful hints regarding protective cases, warranty extensions, protective screen covers and other necessary peripherals.
We have also purchased other computer equipment, such as android Tablets and flat-panel TV's from Best Buy and always found their staff members extremely well informed and always so helpful.
