Description of Work: Purchase and installation of W2W carpeting. The first installation resulted in a few problems which required a couple of follow-up visits. Lakeside Floors stuck with us until all the problems were resolved. I believe they are a customer focused company and will work to ensure customer satisfaction. They were very open to my needs. They always kept in contact and let me know when they were coming. They did exactly whatever they said they were going to do. The price charged by them was good. I would use them again.

 + 2 moreLakeside provided a prompt, competitive, and professional estimate and was helpful in selection of tile and trim offering excellent advice. Work was scheduled and started exactly on time and finished ahead of schedule. Kenny and Collen the owners were on site a number of times and always helpful. Their work crews were outstanding. They worked in a very professional manner. They were prompt, friendly, attentive to detail, and always asked questions when appropriate and offered opinions that improved the outcome. I would recommend them highly for any type of floor work! Great value and excellent work!
Description of Work: Removed approx. 1200 sq. feet of tile and replaced with new tile. Rebuilt/re-tiled two showers. Installed about 300 sq. feet of wood flooring in a bedroom.

 + -1 moreLakeside Floors ripped out some old carpet of mine in a couple rooms and installed some Berber carpet. They did a real good job. I can not see any seams and there are no loose hairs. It seemed like they did it in record time and the price was extremely fair. The workers were not intolerable to be around, which surprised me.
