"I apologize for the in convenience in making you feel like we are trying to sell a tons of extra work, sometimes that is actually mistaken for problems that our customer has and are needed with instead as being extra work not being needed and we just want to make sure you understand your project in how is displayed because we want to make sure the root of the problem (The Project) is not gonna be affected with the extra work not being needed because your project will have an active warranty that we have to honor is something goes wrong with your project performed we have to take care of it, for example a customer needs new gutters but don't want no leaf guard protection but we have to offer it because your gutters will carry an active warranty and we want to make sure your gutter will perform properly in doing its regular function and not for example not getting clogged, have debris and if wet even worse and then when this happen our customer calls stating for a confusion of why the gutters are having problems with gutter and comes back and say this is a warranty for us is never going to a waste of time to go back to inspect the problem but think about the proposal are free if that extra ton of work not being needed will not cost you nothing $0.00 but to keep it in mind and use that proposal to compare with other companies just to make sure is not going to affect you in the long run and to verify n visualize if what we offered could be a problem or not - this is just an advise once again we apologize if we where stubborn in not backing off in which stubborn for me it means like we where insisting very much and that is something we don't do at all we treat all our customers with high respect because of customers like you and all over Houston & surrounding we are who we are a company that we like to serve our customer with highly respect with a goal to have a satisfaction with our projects that we perform but you may contact me anytime at our email [email protected] or call us at (832) 931-6239 for any concerns you may have Respectfully, Mrs. Joann @ Texas Roofing & Gutters"
