They did an excellent job. Some of our friends came over and they had their kitchens redone to look very much like ours.

They did an excellent job on the kitchen remodel.  We were very, very pleased with that.  If I had known they'd do such a nice job, I would've had it done ten years ago.  I would use them again for my kitchen, but not for the bathroom.

They had to come back a second time and did a horrible job. I was unhappy with it. I didn't watch them while they were doing it, so I don't know what they used, and I think they could have done a better job overall. I had them do the kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom, and I had to hire another company to redo the kitchen. The workers were not friendly at all. They sent me an email saying that they could clean grout and seal it. When we had the tile laid, the people didn't seal it. Sears came and cleaned it, and sealed it, and it is brown grout but it had white streaks when they were finished, and that didn't look good.
