Wonderful! I was pre-approved quickly! Lauri is extremely responsive and she does quick, accurate work! She is professional and gives you her full attention!

It's lots of paperwork no matter what, but Lauri did the best of making sure we knew exactly what we needed to get to her and at what times so nothing was delayed

Well. She is a good honest loan officer. The process proceeded as she told us. We ended up with a better interest rate than what we had previously, and for shorter loan years.

Lauri was amazing! We were having severe issues with another lender and Lauri came through for us at the last minute and got a loan approved for us. I definitely recommend her and Prime Lending for any mortgage needs you have. They were very quick in their transactions and were very professional throughout the whole process. My wife initially talked to Lauri but decided to try our previous mortgage provider that our loan was with thinking it would be easier since they already had all our info and their fees were a little cheaper. My wife quickly realized the mistake she made. Sometimes price is not the end all be all. Your willing to pay a little bit more when you get quality service from someone who knows what their doing. Lauri is very quick to answer questions, get back to you on emails, and just make the process easy. The other company was completely opposite. We had no issues at closing and my wife is on her way to redecorating our house. Thanks again Lauri.

As stressful as the home buying process can be, securing a loan with a good interest rate was the least of my worries thanks to Lauri!

On a loan, the "price" typically means rate and I see where you show you got the best rate possible per your review. I just want to make sure that was an error and you didn't have any issues. I never want any borrower to feel like they didn't get the best rate possible as our rates are extremely competitive or better than most lenders. I really appreciate how great you were to work with. I originate reverse mortgages only. When someone comes to me wanting a "regular" new home loan or home refinance, I never hesitate to recommend Lauri Coppock with PrimeLending. She always does an excellent job for these applicants. She is honest, organized, and efficient. She has 26 years of mortgage experience and she is extremely knowledgeable. She is one of the very few experts on the conventional and FHA refurb/rehab home loan programs. At times a prospective applicant will call me when what they really need is a rehab loan. I always refer these to Lauri. She is there with her applicants from application to closing. They finish the process happy and satisfied. For anyone considering a home loan, home refinance, or home rehab loan, no mortgage pro is better than Lauri Coppock with PrimeLending.
