Went perfectly. I made an advance appointment, arrived on time, inspection was performed and car returned with necessary paperwork, all in a timely and professional manner.

Most recently I used them to diagnose what turned out to be a major problem and I will not be having the work done so I can't comment on their service or quality on major repairs. The reason I'm not having the work done is the vehicle isn't worth investing in any further; it has nothing to do with their price or reliability. As far as their prices go, they seem pretty much inline with most repair shops, and like most, they charge a diagnostic fee, which is always a bummer but it's how it goes. From my experience they are honest and reliable and their pick up service is great. I will continue to use them after I replace my current broken car.

I've had three cars that I've taken to Payne Automotive over mnay years. The job is always done with top notch quality and you never have to take the car back for the same problem. I would never take a car anywhere else.
