I asked for a service call to diagnose and fix. Instead the man diagnosed my problem over the phone and advised a simple repair, which worked. No service call needed. I thanked him, hung up, thought about it a few minutes. I was so impressed with his honesty and readiness to help that I called him back and scheduled a general service call the next day. He came spot on time, adjusted my door, lubricated everything and adjusted the settings on the motor. Very professional.
