+ -1 moreI had an appointment from 12:00 - 3:00 -- the tech called at 2:40 and said he would not be here until 4:00.....that was ok with me. I did not hear from him....I called him at 5:30 and no answer. He texted and said there was traffic and he was on his way. Again...I was ok with it. At 6:30 I called and texted. He called back around 6:45 and said he was an hour out. I told them not to come. I took a day off of work for this.

+ -1 moreI thought it went great until it went out a day later. Once they found out it was warranty work on the repair, she told me they are not back open and will call me when they do. Seriously?

+ -1 moreWill was my service person and he was very professional and knowledgable in repairing my gas dryer. He also cleaned ou the lint that had built up inside of the dryer where I could not reach. Will was tidy and neat. I will use ASAPpliance Repair again.
