It is just an individual. He bags up everything and takes the bags with him because I can't handle them by myself. He knows I am by myself now so he takes them with him. He is very dependable, just a really nice person.

We have been using this service since April 23, 2013. We had our front yard completely re-sodded in March, and this was the first mow since the grass took root. The crew of 2 or 3 have come every 2 weeks promptly at daybreak, work very fast, and leave our yard looking well-groomed and very tidy. I requested that they use the weed eater on one small strip of grass because the lawn mower was scalping it due to the neighbor's yard being very low; they were happy to honor my request.

The last time around, the work went well but they showed up too early. We sometimes have a little bit of trouble communicating with them. It is just two guys who come in and mow our lawn. We use them not necessarily because they are that great, but the rates are very competitive; they will mow our lawn for the cheapest rates. They are fast and efficient and seem very professional. When we did not want the grass cut during the winter months, he was still very good at calling us and touching base with us every Friday via voice mail just asking nicely if we needed their services; I liked that. Moreover, if things were to come up, we did not have to look for him; he was readily available. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
