We contacted Appliance Express on a Saturday (the second time we've needed appliance repair on a weekend).  They had technicians available and scheduled a time that was convenient for our schedule.  They were running late, although still within the two-hour window that we were given, but called twice to provide status on their ETA.  The technician arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem, and provided a written estimate for the repair of the problem.  Upon approval of the estimate, the work was completed quickly and neatly.  In addition, the technician pointed out some additional issues with dirty coils and allowed me to clean them before he returned the refrigerator to its original location.  The work came with a one year parts and 90-day labor warranty.
I really like doing work with Appliance Express -- being able to actually schedule a technician on a Saturday (I called four hours before they came out) and have them arrive when promised and do quality work.  Great company -- I plan to use them in the Spring to do my A/C pre-season checkup.

I have ice and I can't tell you how lucky I am that I didn't have to replace the icemaker.
