He was good. He pretty much did it himself. The next time we need some plumbing work, we will be needing him.

I can't say enough nice things about Brandon and his work. He has helped us multiple times during our kitchen remodel and his recommendations and work quality have been completely satisfactory. His rates are very reasonable and he has been able to get us on his schedule quickly when we need him. He came recommended to us by a friend who needed significant work done at her home and we are so glad that we called him for our project.

Well I always work with this guy name Brandon Falcon I called and ask for Brandon and they said oh he is out in the field and he said you can leave a message and I can help you and so then he starts and I said well my sink is plugged up so he says well let me see when I come out there, well he goes away from the phone for like ten minutes then he comes back and he says well long story short I don't think Brandon works here anymore number two he was taking so long I ask him I said why don't you just call me back with a time when you can come, he never called me back.

Brandon, is pleasant to deal with and was able to make repairs that other companies said couldn't be made.  His prices are fair and he always does what he says he's going to do. 

I totally trust him and appreciate his professionalism.

You will be glad you used him.

The "U" section of the drain was replaced with new pipes, and the joint to the sink was also replaced.  Everything was sealed right afterwards.  The technician did a good job on the plumbing part and charged according to a standard fee schedule.  The only thing I didn't really like was that the company did not provide a waiver of trip charge.

I used A1 for converting two 60 gallon hot water tanks to a tankless hot water installation on a recommendation from neighbor. Brandon provided an explanation of options and pricing tiers for those options, as well as detailed written estimate during the site review and inspection.  He delivered job on time, and on budget.  Brandon was professional, punctual, and communicated well about what was to be done, and how to care for system.  His prices were competitive, but more important was that the job was done right, on time.

We were fixing up our home in preparation to sell it.  Brandon came out at the beginning of July and gave us a quote well under prices published by larger vendors for installation services.  We arranged for him to work two weeks hence, as we were having other work (floors, carpet, lights) done in the meantime.  His office also recommended a leak detection service for a problematic spot that others had investigated but not resolved.  By the time Brandon came to install the fixtures (we supplied those), we also had found the leak, a pin-hole leak on a vertical pipe in an unlikely place.  Brandon did the quoted work as well as replacing the pipe section with the leak.  Final price worked out well, as he gave a good discount for paying by check. 
Brandon was punctual and responsive to our needs; as you can read, they changed, and he helped with a new problem, too.  His office was very courteous, proactive and helpful.  I will definitely have A1 Discount Plumbing on my "short list" of approved vendors.

The repairman, Brandon, called ahead to tell me he was running 30 minutes late.  That was greatly appreciated.  He was very professional, and offered advise to maintain an open drain pipe.  I will definitely recommend to friends and use their services again. 

Had a little problem getting our schedules to mesh.  Had to reschedule once.  He got stuck in that overturned tanker traffic.  Once he got here everything went great.  Understood the problem and gave a free estimate.  We approved and he got to work.  The repairs went smooth.  He said things had gone so well he wouldn't charge for the second faucet, chopping $72 off the estimate.  That was unusual.  A lot of service providers wouldn't do that.
A-1 Discount is a small company w/ low overhead, occasional stutters in scheduling, but does good work for good prices.  That's why I deal with small companies.  I will definitely call them for my next plumbing problem.

Couldn't of gone better.  He had to chip the tile back around the shower head to brace shower arm in wall.  Worked carefully so as not to crack tile.

We called the owner of the company for a quote and he diagnosed that there may be a problem with our sewage line. He returned with one helper the next day - Friday - to dig down to the pipe's exit from our house. They found 2 breaks using a camera. We couldn't use our home's plumbing until this issue was resolved. He wasn't available that weekend to fix our problem but the quote was competitive and he had been responsive so far so we chose A1. He said it would be a two-day job that would get started on Monday. We moved in with my parents for the weekend. On Monday, he did not show up at all and we don't know why. On Tuesday, his team did most of the job and made the pipes functional so we could return home. Wednesday the City came to approve the work. There was a 50' trench and 4' of dirt piled up in our front yard until Thursday afternoon - two days longer than expected. He was not good about calling and giving updates, or responding to phone messages. We would use the company again for small jobs due to good quality of work and good price, but would not rely on them for invasive projects that inconvenience you for more than a day.

The overall experience was pleasant.  From the time the phone was answered to the time the technician came out to the house.  Technician was polite, and very thourough.  Priceing was very competitive.  I would call again for all my plumbing needs.
