After cleaning the carpets and applying protection, two streaks were left in the carpet in the formal living room. After contacting the company, they tried to remove the streaks with further cleaning. When that did not work, I was assured the company would contact me for further resolution. The company failed to contact me, so I re-contacted them. After I contacted them several times, they represented they would follow up to resolve the problem, but failed to do so. The company has stopped contacting me, and appears to have no interest in correcting the problem.

Aaron asked me for my Angie's List purchase. I printed out the specific offer from my purchases dated March 22, 2017 with the coupon code. When I gave it to him, he said he needed the actual payment receipt. When I told him that's not what he asked for, he got a little attitude with me. Usually on previous Angie's List purchases for several years, I provided the purchase request with date and coupon code on it, never the actual receipt which the service provider should have already received. I have had my carpets cleaned before and have always been told how long it would take before we could walk on or put furniture back. No instructions were provided Thought maybe instructions were on the invoice provided. There were none.

Unfortunately your deal was purchased so long ago that it was not in our database system and we are not offering that special anymore so Aaron needed confirmation of the purchase. Stairs are always additional on our specials as they are not a room and not cleaned the same. Our system is a dry cleaning system and you can get back on it right away, it does say it dries within 2-4 hours on the invoice under the packages but I will make sure to discuss this with Aaron, who will also be written up for his negative review and subject to termination. After two weeks I heard nothing. I started calling daily, sometimes several times. I was lied to, put off, and never got a good answer as to where my rug was or when I would have it back. Finally after a couple of weeks of getting nowhere, I got a call that my rug was ready to deliver. When he showed up and placed it on the floor, I could see that it was ruined! The rug was predominantly white when I bought it and when he left with it and it came back grey, frayed, and stained! This damage can not be corrected! I've tried for over six weeks to get an owner to talk to me and have had no response. I will be hiring an attorney now but I really hoped this could be taken care of without going through court! All in all, I have never used a business that really didn't care if you had a problem with their service. These people should be put out of business!!

My carpet was cleaned three days ago by ChemDry.  The service call was uneventful and the service technician arrived very properly and was nice and professional.  The problem is my carpet looks exactly the same.  I was hopeful while it was drying that it would look better and the spots would go away but that never happened.  All the spots are still there, which were not a lot and from normal wear and tear of walking, nothing extreme, but was the reason for the shampooing. Although the high powered vacuuming made it look nice, the carpets pretty much appear nothing was done.  It only took him about 30 minutes to do two rooms and only went over once. Not sure that is normal.  Just disappointed because a lot of work went into moving furniture and preparing to have cleaned. Will not use ChemDry again.

Had an initial hiccup with date of service.  Company stood behind date given by individual who did the estimate.  Gentleman showed up to do the carpets and was very mannerly, polite and professional.  Took a little longer than originally thought but our business is on a very busy corner, Campus Corner in Norman, and hoses had to be drug upstairs.  The gentlemen doing the work had no complaint about the distance from his truck and worked diligently, professionally and happily.  He always had a smile on his face.

Scheduled appointment for 8/7 12-3 PM. Waited until 2:30 to call, was first told, well they have until 3. Man I love that. I had to call back at 4, since they didn't call as promised. Was told it was going to be later. I rescheduled for 8/10 (today), was promised 1st job. I called at 8:45, was told sorry but they went to another job and it would be 9:30 or 10. I said no thank you.

The short story: it took two visits but they did a fabulous job. We had the tile in our home replaced and our carpet was seriously soiled with grout and mortar dust . On the first visit, the technician showed up on time, was very polite , pleasant , and professional. My husband had moved all the furniture prior to the technician's arrival. The technician vacuumed the carpet , then proceeded to clean them. I was in a different room with our dogs, so I did not see the process. For the most part the carpets were cleaner, smelled fresh, and dried within 2-3 hours with fans blowing across them. However, the heavily soiled and high-traffic areas were still very dirty. I could still feel the mortar dust in the carpet. Because the carpets had been so filthy, I didn't complain , but just planned to get the carpets cleaned again in three or four months. Chem-Dry sent me an email a few days later asking if I was satisfied . I replied that for the most part I was satisfied; however, that there were areas that were still quite dirty. Chem-Dry responded that they would send out a senior technician to clean the carpets again at no cost. The second visit , the technician was punctual, super friendly , very pleasant , and professional. He assessed the carpets, listened carefully to what I had to say, and said that though the high-traffic areas probably would not look like new , he was confident that he could get the carpets cleaner. He moved furniture, vacuumed the carpets, and proceeded to clean, deodorize, and protect the carpets again. After the second cleaning, the carpets looked much better . It took them significantly longer to dry, probably six or seven hours with fan blowing , but the weather was very humid . Overall, I was happy with the outcome and will definitely have Chem-Dry clean them in the future.

The cleaning left a residue, so much so, that my husband went to Walmart and rented a carpet cleaner machine. He cleaned it all over and did several areas more than once, because the 'tub' of water was dirty through several times over the carpets.
