Did a great job explaining installation needs on full 6" gutter system. Was here when they said they would be for both quote and install. Installation was quick and professional. Very satisfied.

This is a great gutter company! While I search local gutter company who can installed gutter for my rental house, I found the "RAIN FALL GUTTERS". Since we are out of state, so we have to careful find a reliable contractor who can done a good job and reasonable price. David and Ryan immediately gave us a big hand, they scheduled the time and get the job done very prompt and completed! They are very considered people, and taken the picturs and sent to us right way after the job done. They have done a wonderful job for our rental property. We secured bids for gutters on our house from 3 different vendors. David arrived on time for the initial meeting. He listened and understood what we were trying to accomplish with the gutters. He provided a very competitive proposal. When we informed him that we selected Rain Fall for the job he scheduled it for a few days later. The installation crew arrived as planned. They went about their work in a very professional manner. The crew cleaned up the area at the end of the job. The job was completed as we agreed in the proposal. We highly recommend Rain Fall Gutters.

What can I say about this company - they are GREAT! Absolutely no problems, and nothing but first class service from beginning to end. Very considerate of my time and family. I would bring them again to do the job without hesitation! The work was professional, timely, and a quality job. Price was great too. The owner plus one were on time for the estimate appointment. They quickly measured the front and the back that we intend to do at another time. We discussed the downspouts and they listened to our plans for rainbarrels and left a bid. When I called to schedule the work, they told me it would be 3-4 days. They actually called the next work day and let me know they would be out the next morning. It only took a couple of hours to do the front. I only had one of the rainbarrels on hand (the other was on order). They put the few parts together on the rain barrel including the spout and moved bricks I wanted used as a base before mounting and adjusting the down spout directly into the barrel. Here is the amazing part........... I called when the second barrel came in and they came back 2 days later and adjusted the down spout. When we got the barrel we ended up wanting it about 3 feet from where I had told them it would be so the adjustments were more than they had anticipated. They made the adjustments needed and didn't charge me for the second trip! It looks great and we are very happy. We will use them again when we do the back.

They were very prompt in getting back to me for an estimate. They came the next day while I was not at home. Left the estimate with a sample of the leaf guard they recommended. I let them know the same day that I wanted them to do the job. They arrived 2 days later to repair, clean, secure, and protect my gutters. The team was very efficient,

I got quotes from 4 different providers and Rain Fall Gutters was by far the most reasonable. Dave was very responsive to all of my questions and I couldn't have asked for a more professional installation. His team handled the job while I was at work and by the time I got home, you would have never even known someone was there, but for the beautiful gutters and downspouts that weren't there before. My neighbors were so impressed with the job, they've asked me for Dave's contact info - which I was more than happy to provide. Don't even bother calling others - go with Rain Fall Gutters. We had agreed to meet at 2:00 pm when I would be home. I received a voice mail around 12:30 pm (listened to it at 1:30 pm) that said they were "in the area". I returned their call and told them that I would be back at 2:00 pm as previously planned. The response was "We are already at the shop", to which I responded, "good, that gives you time because I will need a half hour to meet you". He then said, "it will be Friday" to which I canceled. I understand that things happen. However, "being at the shop" hardly qualifies as a good excuse to break a commitment. Probably did me a favor because they answered the phone and communicated like amateurs (very unprofessional). They certainly do not seem to value opportunity.

I would highly recommend using this company. Dave came by my house and gave me a detailed written appraisal for the cost of the work to be completed. They completed the job while was at work and left me an invoice to mail in the payment. Dave was professional and knowledgeable about the type of services that I needed. He asked several questions to ensure that he understood exactly what I need to be completed. He ensured that the new gutters tied in with the existing gutters and works well. The new gutters look great and the existing gutters are now sloped correctly to maximize water flow..

Exceptional service. Dave came by on same day and provided the estimate and followed up on the schedule day and time for the installs. They forgot one extension, and came by the next day automatically to install it. Great integrity and thoroughness. Rain Fall is fast and efficient.

We received a quote from two companies who suggested identical solutions to our gutter system (which is great), but we really liked the pricing for the gutter covers and installation from Rain Fall. They came out and did an excellent job in changing out the downspouts and putting in the new covers. We have not yet had a rain since the installation, but if anything is disappointing I know we could contact them directly or update our review here. We are very pleased with them and their work and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

They come on schedule and did the job perfectly. Their price was cheaper than any other vendor I looked into.

I would recommend. Both times I contacted Rain Fall they were responsive, and treated us fair. Their pricing is very competitive.

Dave showed up on time and prepared an estimate. A few days later I called him and accepted his offer of $648. That was the last I ever saw of Dave. Two workers arrived to do the work. Apparently Dave wasn't specific in telling them what had to be done. My downspouts go into underground pipes leading about 70 feet away from the house, and the workers ignored a couple of these lines and installed the usual 90 degree turn at the bottom emptying onto the grass. One of those was because they installed the horizontal gutter on the porch roof instead of on the house roof where it was previously. On inspection, I pointed this out to the workers and they acknowledged their mistake and said they would have to go for more materials. There was no underground line from the porch roof as there was no previous gutter. The workers came back and installed a gutter on the house roof over the porch where it should initially have been and connected it to the underground drain. I insisted they connect the porch drain to the house drain so all the rain would go underground. They did, although not the way I thought it should be. Dave called and said that the extra material would cost $80 more...for THEIR mistake. That's what I was charged ($728). I also gave the work crew the Angie's coupon for 5% off, but I never got the discount. I suspect the workers didn't tell Dave that the mistakes were theirs, and possibly didn't relay the coupon to him either.

Excellent work. They came at exactly the time they mentioned they would. They came back and rectified issues promptly even after they had been paid.

Installed new gutters on an older home. I have had one other gutter company come out and say that the job was not large enough for them to consider. Rain Fall came out, gave an estimate, I gave the OK for the work and they were there early am to begin the job. I had forgotten to tell them I wanted screens on the gutters installed and he gave me a price and we made another deal. Very pleased.

The gutter replacement went well. The color matches the rest of gutters. I asked if they would seal the seams and they didn't. My painters did it when they came. I thought the guards would be white, but they are black. No one told me that they wouldn't be white. I had to call the owner to get the price down from the original estimate as I was told it would be a $175 replacement minimum. I thought that was a bit high for 25'. He did come down on the price when I added the gutter guards and the clean out. A little more information about what they were going to install would have been nice.

Owner came out to estimate job and the work fell below their $175 minimum - so, price was not a big deal. The crew showed up the next day to do the work and they were an hour late from the "estimated" time I was given the day before. I was the one that had to make the call to find out when they were actually going to arrive. The crew (two guys) were nice, but neither spoke great English so it was a little hard to communicate and ask questions. They said they changed the slope, but it was more like they pulled one corner down rather than actually repositioning the whole gutter as I envisioned. I guess I won't really know how this went until it rains next time. If things don't work, I will post an update.
