Rain Fall Gutters

When I first called, the owner said he was swamped with calls after the spring floods and was unsure how long until he could come and measure. However, he arrived the next day. He was professional and efficient and gave me a fair estimate. I asked about gutter coverings, but he said because the neighborhood is new and the trees are all immature, I could wait a number of years before deciding whether to add covers. He explained the work backlog due to the unusual spring weather and promised to call the day before his crew could come to install. He called within a week, they came as promised--on time, working hard, and doing a great job. They were polite, careful, and cleaned the work site. The color matches perfectly, and the price was exactly as quoted. The gutters ended the soil erosion from rainfall. I am a very happy customer.

David came out the next day after I called to request an estimate. Work was accomplished 12 days later (rain delays) by installer Larry who was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Good communication throughout the whole process.

As some of the other reviews indicated, Dave seems a little rough around the edges. However, he came out within a couple of days after my call to give me an estimate - which I thought was a fair price. He was unable to specify a date, but said he would call the night before the workers would come. He didn't. I woke up the next morning to find they had already started and a message on my phone that he had gotten busy the night before and forgot to call but they were on their way. The gutters actually match the paint of my house perfectly and they look pretty good. I'll have to update the review after some rain. I think the workers banged up a roof corner and it will have to be repaired and painted. I don't agree with the workers that it was already there, but I didn't have time to argue the point so I let it go. I also had to remind them to put the sprinkler rain gauge back in place and to install the leaf guard in one small area, but otherwise the work looked good.

Needed a small repair (a gutter leaking). Searched gutter repair on AL. Called this company's primary number 817/572-6469. Warning flag went up when the call as answered with a slurred "hellloooo"? It went down hill from there - 'I'm calling for the roof repair company' - "about what?". Umm, maybe a roof repair? Explained the repair need, the response was "we're not taking any more work"...and hung up on me!!!! If you're drunk, don't answer your business phone line. Next ............................

Contacted Rain Fall Gutters for an estimate on cleaning the gutters on the back half of my house as well as installing leaf guards. The estimate was completed as scheduled and I chose to proceed with Rain Fall as their pricing was very competitive. Contacted them to schedule the cleaning and they were fairly booked so it was a couple of weeks before they could get out, which was a little disappointing but understandable. The work was completed as scheduled and they did a good job. It's difficult for me to tell how well the gutters were cleaned without getting on the roof but the next heavy rainfall should be a good indicator. My only complaint with Rain Fall is that they threw the debris from the gutters down into the yard and on my air conditioner unit and didn't clean it up. I expected them to clean up the debris afterwards but maybe this is typical of gutter cleaning companies. Bottom line, I would use Rain Fall Gutters again.

My home did not have any gutters. I contacted Rain Fall Gutters on the March 16th, and Dave came out the next day to give me an estimate on doing the complete job. It took him all of 15 minutes to get all the measurements he needed, calculate the cost of the job and help me pick out a color that would look nice with my home. Because of all the rain we've been having, they weren't able to come and do the job, until the following Monday. I left my gate unlocked for them, and they came, did the work, cleaned up and were gone. EXCELLENT service all the way through, and when I pulled in my driveway that evening, I had to look hard to even SEE that I had gutters, because the color matched the trim on my home so well! I highly recommend Dave and his crew. You will not be disappointed.

It went well! David (the owner) somehow fit me in and came over the same day I called for an estimate. After measuring he was able to figure out the details and give an estimate on the spot. (Some other companies have to go back and email you the estimate.) Once selected for the job, David and his team were able to start the work within just a couple of days. The work was completed within a few hours. I am pleased with the appearance and functionality of these gutters, We have had rain since they were installed, and they work great. Rain Fall Gutters gave us the best estimate and provided the quickest service of the four companies we had in for a quote.

I contacted Rain Fall Gutters and spoke with Dave. He came out the next day to give an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable. From the time I called to have them do the work until the time it was completed was about 2 weeks. We tried to schedule sooner but the ice, snow and rain delayed the project. I am very pleased with the work and the outside of my house looks better! I will definitely recommend them to those who need this service.

Rain Fall Gutters did an estimate the day of my initial contact. Then, I contacted the rep the next morning to schedule work for the same day and he was able to accomodate my request. I was pleased with the detail the rep took cleaning out the blocked downspouts. I would use Rain Fall again for future work!

Called and set up estimate appointment. Dave showed up promptly and on time, gave me a full estimate of $831.00, which included full guttering for my home ( house had no previous gutters ). I scheduled the install appointment. Workers showed up on time, had all the correct materials, worked quickly, and the entire install took about 2 hours. I am completely satisfied with the work provided, the quality of product and the installation. I was given my Angie's List 5% discount which brought my total down to $789.00. I highly recommend Rain Fall Gutters.

If there was an A+ I'd give it to them! Dave offered to come to our home the day I called about the estimate but he said it wouldn't be til later in the afternoon so I asked him to come the next day, which happened to be the day before Thanksgiving, when my husband was home. He showed up early in the morning, so we weren't waiting on him through out the day. He explained where the spouts where going and why he recommended them, he did give us an estimate and it was so much more reasonable than I'd expected or I would have had the gutters installed 2 years ago when we bought the house. For a 2,200 sq. ft. home the price was a bargain at $900 with the 5% discount from the original quote of $948. The discount was from the provider's website. They came out only 7 days later, they offered to come out yesterday but I was working and was expecting to have the day off so they were flexible with my schedule. The install only took 60-90 minutes and the color blends amazing with my home. The installer did advise me that I may notice little quirks that may need to be corrected after the first or second rain, just so they know exactly where the work needs to be done. They also advised there is a warranty should anything happen in the future, he thinks it was 2 years but I can always double check with Dave to make sure.

Professionalism in every aspect from initial contact to payment. I am very satisfied with the workmanship Rain Fall Gutters provided and wished I would've known about them prior to work I paid Benbrook Gutter Company to do.

They did an excellent job in a very professional way. We were not home when they came so they did the job and trusted us to pay the bill by mail which of course we did. Well done!

Called to get a quote. Got a call back that they were busy that day but would contact me again to set a date. So I called other companies. Then true to their word they called me again a couple of days later to come out the next morning and give me a quote. Ryan was on time, professional and honest. I requested they clean my gutters and he told me only very little actually needed cleaning. That cut down on my cost. He was also able to use my existing down spouts to keep my cost down. Their quote was the best and Ryan honored the Angie's list coupon. When they came to do the work they were efficient and cleaned up well after themselves. I was pleased with the job they did. Ryan was also kind enough to recommend a garage door guy as my door broke that day who turned out to be just as honest and reasonably priced. Great experience overall!

Dave was able to come out and give us a quote on the same day, and Augustin came out to install them two days later. Both men were very professional and explained every step of the process along the way. The gutters look great, and the downspouts were installed well even though a couple of spots were a little tricky.

They were great from start to finish! Prices were the best and service was prompt and professional, I would recommend them to everyone.

They had a matching color for existing gutters but made a suggestion that we consider going with one that matches the new area which is stained cedar. The color match is great and the time and the cost were just as promised.

Rainfall Gutters did not have the machine to fix our gutters but he recommended the appropriate business that could assist us. Prompt, friendly and professional service. I would recommend them.
