BGK CONSTRUCTION

We received the name from a friend who is Isaac's neighbor. We called and asked for an estimate. He came the next day and carefully looked at our situation (rotting trim, posts, and roof of the patio). He discussed what he would do and told us up front that he was not equipped to do the rolled roofing. He said he could line up someone who he had worked with before to do that if we wanted him to. He gave us an estimate for his part. He came and did all the prep work and replaced what could be done before the roof. The roofer gave us a clear estimate and worked with Isaac on timing so that the job could be done in order. Once the roofer finished, Isaac finished up the remaining carpentry while his crew (family business) completed sanding, scrapping and priming the rest of the house. The painting and repairs were completed within a week. Isaac kept us informed all along the way and took every extra effort to make sure everything was done right before he left. His sub-contractor was quick, did excellent work, and cleaned up perfectly. Isaac's bill came in under estimate. I would use him again without thinking twice.
