We use their services quite frequently. We use a plan with them and it typically covers it all. They bend over backwards to fit us in and accommodate us under their schedule. Dr. Stephens actually loves our two golden retrievers and she bent over backwards to help them out when they had a health condition. Ever since then, we have gone pretty much solely to her and she has been great.

This place is simply fantastic. The facility is very clean and the vets are very accommodating. You do not even need an appointment. They just tell you to bring them down. I have insurance so everything is covered under that, even teeth cleaning. I think the only thing I ever paid out of pocket may have been a prescription or something. I pay monthly for my insurance. They have been just great.

BANFIELD IS A GREAT PLACE TO TAKE YOUR ANIMALS. THEY PROVIDE GOOD CARE AND ADVICE. THEY ARE LOCATED INSIDE PETSMART. YOU CAN PICK OUT A YEARLY HEALTH PLAN AND MAKE MONTHLY PAYMENTS.
