Smith's Summit contacted me immediately and had someone go out to view the damage and give me a bid. They went out a couple days later, took before and after photos and completed the roof repair. They did not go over the quoted estimate. They are awesome.

We had a small job, but Summit got to us quickly. Workers were careful about keeping non-job areas clean (laid down plastic) and cleaned up job area well. Everyone involved was professional and courteous.

Super fast response to my inquiry on Home Advisor. They were out here with a crew within a couple of days, performed the work in one day when others said it would take at least two, and did a great job. Billing was to estimate; no surprises. Highly recommend.

This group was great! They deliver what they promise. They were on time they finished up and cleaned up. No more leaky roof. Also we hired them to do our Master Bath. Plumbing, dry wall and new shower door they put all in for us. GREAT JOB! It was however pretty dusty all over in our bedroom.... I wish I would have covered up everything.....

Based on all these wonderful reviews It makes me a little sad to rate them so low. The quote that we were given was inaccurate (it ended up costing more for things that should have been covered in the original quote). The work took twice as long as it should have. They cut corners every chance they could. They were going to paint around the fixtures, for instance and I had to ask them to take them off). They had to redo pretty much everything they did to get to the quality we had agreed on. I even had to ask them to come back out to hang lights and mirrors and clean up. I'm quite disappointed.

"I am sorry to hear this from the customer. We met and provided her an estimate on the items she requested. She told me to leave the fixtures and mirrors and not to touch them because she and her husband couldn't agree on any thing yet. Then she changed her mind mid project. We took them off and hung them as soon as she had the lights available. As for coming back to redo, we came back the second time to hang the lights and mirrors she decided to change and touched up around where the new lights and mirrors were installed as they were not the same size. The end result was 100% satisfaction."

Danny Smith was great to work with. His crew was on time and they had a new roof on in one day. They also built me a patio and repaired and painted my house. His crews wiorked hard and cleaned up very well. I would recommed this company for any roofing painting or building projects. Very easy to work with
