I've been using them since February. I paid for a full year. They come out regularly on a quarterly basis or whenever I ask them to if I see bugs. I like them. They aren't a lot of bugs around. They have a good rate and the first service can be negotiated. They will give a discount if you pay for the whole year in advance. I heard from my neighbors that they pay more for the pest control company they use. Sometimes they don't come the next day but they do come later in the week.

I have been very pleased with Myers. Their technicians are professional, uniformed, punctual, friendly, and knowlegeable. The technicians don't seem to be a hurry like most pest control people. I have used other services where the technician quickly walks thru your house, squirts a few times, and then appears to be in a hurry to get to the next job. This is not the case with Myers. Myers may not be the cheapest in town (like the guy that is a one man operation operating/ officing out of his pickup truck) but Myers is quality. Another thing I like about Myers is their technicians rarely try to sell you additional services. Other pest control companies I have used tended to hound me during every visit about getting expensive termite programs, ect. I plan on staying bug free with Myers.

We just signed up with them so they will start coming out one every quarter. We paid them a year in advance. They were kind of persistent just sending us emails and letters so we thought we'll give them a call. The guy came over on time and they said they do others houses in the neighborhood as well. They are so far so good.

They charged me for a lot of work that I still ended up with a bunch of rats. They layed rat traps out and put bait out. They didn't inform us that when the rats eat the bait, they would die and get stuck in the roof. My guest room smells like dead rats. I had to try and get the rats out myself. They didn't try to fix the problems or seal the holes from the outside. They charged me a bunch of money to barrier of the garage and it didn't work. The guy who came out wasn't very experienced. He told me the rats were coming through the vents. I had someone come out to replace my vents but when they came to actually do it, there was no holes in the vents. They told me if I had a garage door person replace the rubber bottom of the door. They said if I replaced that and with the piece of metal they put in, it would keep the rats from coming in. The rats got back in and ruined a bunch of things in my garage.

I have been using their services for about seven years. They always send out a notice for the service and termite control. They come when they say they will and will knock on the door to let us know they are here, but you do not have to be home. We have been very satisfied.

This is a eco-friendly company that does not use anything that is harmful to my pets. They also stay up to date with the latest technology. They are easy to work with and a great all a round company.

They are just helpful to have around and I guess it saves me money because if they didn t come quarterly and spray and all the sudden I ended up with termites, I would probably have to pay three times as much. The customer service reps are nice every time I call and are very helpful.
