Called early Monday morning to schedule repair. Was told I would have to wait until Tuesday and workmen would call me Tuesday to tell me when they would be coming. Workmen show up unannounced Monday afternoon. Window caulking was not professional. Crooked with ripples and dips. Pictures available. They were unable to complete one window and had to return Tuesday. Again unannounced. I complained by email about the craftsmanship and what I felt was an excess of broken glass left under windows and was ignored. Pictures included. I complained by phone and was told the job was the best I could expect and I should have inspected the work before the crew left. I was getting angry and I expressed wonder at how they could stay in business doing such poor work and was told they had been in business 50 years. I threatened a law suit and the woman I spoke with laughed. Customer satisfaction and service is not part of the Denison Glass and Mirror business model any more than quality craftsmanship.
Description of Work: Replace three windows in my mobile home. Pick up broken glass.
