Manny is a true professional. He arrived right on time, had all the materials and tools to complete the job.
He is very knowledgable. Got to work immediately and did an excellent job. Cleaned up the site. I will definitely be contacting him for more jobs in the future! He is also a hard worker and a very nice guy!

Manny did a great job on everything. He was extremely responsive during the project, did good quality work, and completed everything on time. Price was reasonable and he was very good at handling changes and/or additional things we decided we wanted done. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to everyone

Manny was recommended by our neighbor and we really liked how their repairs and painting had come out. In fact, prior to that we were considering replacing all of our windows with double-paned windows, but that would cost a lot more and would be vinyl instead of wood. Putting in double-paned wood frames would have required removing all the wood frames and the cost would have been exorbitant. So we went with just the repair. Manny came out soon after called and gave us an estimate that sounded reasonable. We didn't get other estimates so are not able to compare. Manny said he could start in a couple of weeks. Upon the stated date Manny and his assistants were here 8 AM sharp and continued working all day, every day until completed. They were very attentive to minimizing the inconvenience on us (staying out of the driveway, or moving quickly if we needed to come in or go out) and were always prompt and polite. We were very impressed with their workmanship and the final product looks great.
