Spectacular job! The crews are stellar. They work harder than I've experienced with other crews. They are superlative at their craft. The gutter-work is exceptional. StazOn significantly enhanced both the appearance/esthetic of our residence & the overall value. StazOn is a high integrity company. I would not use anyone else.

Paul, Mike, Oscar and the entire StazOn roofing team did a terrific job tearing off the leaking modified bitumen on our flat roof, replacing lots of damaged decking, and installing 80 mil TPO with an intricate copper drip edge. I'm super particular about quality and appearance, and we had several points during the process where we had to stop, scratch our heads, and figure out a solution. They exhibited lots of creativity from start to finish, and everyone stayed committed to getting the job done on time and to my satisfaction. I would definitely use Stazon again, and I highly recommend their services to others.

Justin Graham came out to check what I needed repaired. He took some pictures, showed me and was able to access the problem. He sent me an estimate promptly. I scheduled the repair. They did an excellent job for sure. The roofer also took pictures where the gap, other shoddy work was revealed. It was fixed properly. The bill was reasonable. I would recommend StazOn Roofing to EVERYONE!!!

Great. They were the original contractor on this roof 13 years ago. The fact that they are still in business is amazing in itself! They also repaired a few tiles that were damaged outside of the original repair quote. Very professional, trustworthy, and prompt.

They were good. They were polite and punctual.

Rob Ramsdale is the best rep ever. He returned EVERY call and email and was very professional. He made sure the roof was done correctly and helped us with each question along the way and there were many because of it being two roofs. We HIGHLY reccomend them for roofing needs.

StazOn Roofing Inc's service turned out very well. They did a great clean-up for roof for that matter. I would consider using them again if I needed to.

Overall I rate them a C. The roof is functional but was not installed well and is likely to leak in the future due to the poor installation. I will have to check the roof every year to ensure roofing errors to not lead to roof leaks. Pro’s: Rob Ramsdale was very good at explaining the options available to me and was able to complete the job for close to the insurance payment. Cons: 1. Wrong shingle color: Was supposed to match existing brown color, but installed a dark grey roof instead. 2. Exposed nail heads: Roughly one dozen nail heads were left exposed. I ended up covering them with roofing “tar” when Staz On would not return my calls/texts. 3. Damaged siding when repairing flashing: Existing chimney siding was damaged when replacing flashing. Damaged siding was replaced with wainscoting. A large gap was present that could allow water in. I had to replace the wainscoting with siding correctly. 4. Vent stack installed at angle: I needed to cut back the sheathing from inside the attic to get the vent close to vertical 5. Valleys not cut straight: The valleys were cut crooked. When I complained, Staz On recut the valleys so that they are straight. 6. Did not clean yard; nails left in driveway: I picked up dozens of nails and roofing scrap the day after the roof was installed. 7. Staz On stopped returning my calls and said the roof “met their expectations” for an installation. I would not use Staz On again. I don’t think I should have had to repair their mistakes after the installation. If I had not covered the exposed nails, I’m sure I would be having roof leaks already. Staz On had done a good (not great) job on a previous roof installation for me, but this job was done so poorly that I would not risk using them again.

Excellent work! They did the re-roof quicker than estimated. Justin was very responsive to all questions, inquiries and follow up. There were a couple of items that needed attention after completion and he got the touch ups done quickly!

The job all went very well. Justin came out and provided the bid in a very timely and professional manner and supervised the work throughout. Justin scheduled the work very quickly after I chose them as the company I wanted to go with. The crew arrived on time and had the work all done within two days of starting. In the process a couple of existing gutters were dented and StazOn replaced them at their expense with no questions asked. I am very happy with the service, the clean-up and follow up and think the price was very competitive and a very good value. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again. The new roof looks great!

When I called, they were very responsive, sent a knowledgable person who made recommendations and provided a detailed estimate, allowing me to choose the segments of times that would be repaired. I elected to do it all. The work was done quickly, and I have been very pleased- Especially with the custom fitted chimney cap on a large fireplace that really looks great.

Things went wonderful! Fast, Courteous, reasonably priced. Great crew!!!!!!!!!!

Work took 2 days. Vents on the 1 st day and gutter removal and repair the next.

It went okay. It took multiple trips for them to complete the job correctly.

The problem was when I received a letter months later, stating that a lien was being placed on my property because the roofing company hadn't paid for materials. What made this even more troublesome was that I had to track down the owner to get an explanation. ("He stated he was just going to call me.") I was assured that this was a mistake in bookkeeping. Yet I got another notice. Still no word from roofing company. What a disappointment: the work was perfectly done, but the bookkeeping issue was poorly handled. For that reason, I wouldn't use them again. No homeowner wants to worry about possible legal issues that the roofing company does not seem to take seriously.

Absolutely great! The owner walked me thru the process in great detail, and the work was done efficiently. When they left, they cleaned up everything.

After a heavy rainstorm, the roof (metal) leaked and we had water pour into our home. I found staz-on[roofing and they came out and repaired it. No more leaks after that. Good service and very professional.

It went great. Another highly-rated roofing company on Angie's List said he had no idea how to fix the problem. I thought that was an odd response. Rob Ramsdale at Staz-On said it was something they could easily handle, and they did.

The representatives from the company were extremely friendly and professional in the early phases of the proposal process. However after coming to my home twice for more detailed estimates they disappeared. I called and asked for my estimate buy they would not return my call. They just disappeared with no followup or phone call.

Prompt, punctual service. Expert roofer walked on my tile roof correctly. Tile roofs are very sensitive. Replaced broken tiles and nailed siding back on to roof. Helped me move a bench out of the attic where water had gotten in. Very pleased with service. Hoping this repair "did the trick" and I will stay dry now.

Randy provided good analysis of roof and the options available with no pressure to choose one grade of material over the others. Work was done professionally and to the level of my very high expectations. Communication with workers was never a problem, as there was always a fluent English speaking employee on site. All workers were polite, professional, and tidy. The price was more than a bit higher than the next closest bid, but the confidence I had in their work was worth the difference.
