Very positive and we really enjoyed his presence in our home. He is such a good guy and is kind. He did such a great job, always making sure we were happy before he left for the day. He was always prompt and was here when he said he would be. Our home looks so much better, and we appreciate the hard work and work ethic demonstrated by Robert.

Ramirez Painting is definitely good value for the money. He quoted me a competitive price for painting the exterior and repairing all the old, damaged wood. There was none of this "if we find anything else there will be additional charges" nonsense and the final price was the quoted price. I really liked that Robert would text me on any schedule changes and when he was going to arrive. He had many helpful suggestions and went the extra mile to give me what I wanted, for instance, going to a local hardware store to get the exact paint match from an old can of paint I had for the front door. For everything else he used high quality and long lasting paint from a well known paint company. Robert even volunteered to stop by after I have my roof and gutters replaced and do any touch ups needed after the roof work. That's the kind of service that will make sure when I get ready for the next paint job, I will call Ramirez painting!

We enjoyed working Robert Ramirez Painting. He painted our entire 4bd 4.5bath condo in 4 days. He was fast and efficient and even helped us with some additional tasks. He was very professional, and we will definitely be using him again. He was very responsive to texts and calls, as well.

Robert was punctual everyday for the job and he was up front regarding all aspects of the job from the initial quote to the daily updates on what was accomplished. I accepted Robert's bid without exception and paid him 25% up front. He started the job later than promised then walked away from the job 2 days into it. He did give back some of my initial payment but left me in a bad situation. Robert is very unreliable and extremely difficult to communicate with as he never answers his phone.

Unlike so many contractors, Robert showed up when he said he would and accomplished the job in the time he estimated. He is very professional and did a quality job. I will use him again and recommend him to my friends.

Do. Not. Hire. Poor quality work overall. Paint on some walls needed another coat, lots of missing spots which were pointed out and still not fixed, paint dropped on fixtures, cabinets, and window coverings, vent coming from dryer was damaged, and the refrigerator was not plugged back in. I had to throw out a freezer/fridge full of food because it spoiled. Careless! Also walked out on another job without finishing.

Excellent work. Always called to let me know when he was coming. I was impressed with his prep work before painting--very thorough. He was neat about covering all my furniture. I had the whole interior painted and even though it was just him, he finished in a timely manner.
