They are very professional. They tore down 1 section of fence and replaced it . Later I had them do the same with another section. They did a very good job. I would have no problem hiring them again. Their pricing was very fair. After job was completed they cleaned after themselves.

What makes a great contractor is the quality of work done by the sub-contractors and employees. Eric has employed the same people for at least a decade. They really enjoy working for Eric and they love what they do. He is a busy contractor, so be patient and flexible and you will benefit from quality workmanship.

The company only accepts cash or check, no credit cards. They tried to work with me in paying by PayPal but it did not work out well. They need to up their game in this respect.

Eric promptly provided a quote that accurately detailed all the work I had requested: power wash house exterior (lots of mold to remove), paint deck and exterior walls, replace one section of rotted siding by a window and two pieces of rotting soffit. Selected company because they were comfortable doing both painting and carpentry and could do other kinds of work in the future. Quality work was completed quickly with Eric and his crew explaining each step and timing to me. With an older house, new problems are likely to be discovered while work is being done. Eric showed them to me, said what could be done and what it would cost, and let me decide. Crew was courteous, hard-working, and left the job site clean. Great contractor!

The workmen were very courteous and did a very good job of sealing my wood fencing. They cleaned up everything before they left the site. I would highly recommend this company.

They were hard working and punctual and did an excellent job of totally replacing my old deck. Eric was very much hands on in all the aspects of the job and answered all my questions. He returned every text and phone call promptly. It was a smooth job and I am loving my new deck!

Very quick to respond and show up. Keeps you very informed on what the progress level is. Very knowledgeable and quickly begins work. Very supportive of his team and constantly keeps them busy. Works with your schedule and will sacrifice personal time to complete the project. Stays attentive to the project until the finale.

Hired Eric to replace a patio deck for us. Eric and his crew were easy to work with, skilled and experienced as demonstrated by the quality and timeliness of their work. Eric was frequently either present on the site or otherwise in touch with us throughout the project. It became obvious to us that he holds his crew to high standards yet has a professional and effective relationship with its members. His deck painter, for example, was efficient yet mindful of important details (e.g. protecting stone paths from the paint). We are quite satisfied with Eric's work and professionalism. Definitely, would consider hiring him again in the future.

Eric was wonderful to work with. After his guys finished the work, he came back doubled checked everything each day. Dillon and the guys were polite and kept the work area clean each day. They paid attention to details. Did I mention, my fence fell down during the recent storms and when I called they began the next day. I will be calling him for future jobs.

I asked Eric to send people to power wash the siding, patio, driveway and sidewalk, and to cut down and haul off a huge tree. He sent a crew over and Dillon and the guys did an excellent job. They were all very nice to work with and I will definitely call on him for future work.

Eric is excellent. Came out looked over what I wanted, made suggestions and offered advise. Got the work done quickly, and correctly. Changes, Eric adapts and aver comes. He asks what are your ideas and gets to work on them. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate Eric a 15. Already discussed new plans with him, and as soon as the funding is approved, he will get another call. Very impressed with his work! Highly recommended!

Eric was so helpful and knew exactly what I wanted and make my enclosed patio walls fit right in by using large windows with plexiglass. A sliding glass door with a screen was used. Paint to match was used. And everything was cleaned up after the work was done. I have already recommended Eric to a neighbor, and he will be doing work for her too.

Eric did a wonderful job on the wood fence. We did have some issues with sprinkler system but the fence was very well done. I gave him a previous review on the job and did not voice well enough how good of a job they did on the fence. I wrote the review after having to pay for the repairs to the sprinkler system's wiring. I was a bit unfair in my review. We did have a small misunderstanding and challenge in terms of the sprinkler wiring but again, he did do a great job on the fence, he worked hard to get it done in a timely manner, I would hire him again and would recommend him to neighbors which I did. He began working on the neighbors fence a few days later.
