Our experience with JMAC was top notch! Our roof and fence were damaged in a hail storm and being homeowners that had never had to file a claim with homeowners insurance before, we weren't sure how to begin. We wasted time with a few other contractors who were no help at all and gave us the run around, trying to gouge us and giving no effort in trying to work with our insurance company. Then, we met John at JMAC. He came out immediately after our call, took a look at everything and had an estimate to us a few days later. Our insurance company was a bit difficult to work with, but he took the reigns and worked with them to get us where we needed to be and work out all the kinks. John is very knowledgeable and he made the entire process very easy, guiding us the entire way to ensure that we were getting the service we deserved. The team came out a week later and replaced and upgraded the roof and repaired and stained our fence. They were fast, thorough, showed up when they said they would and got the job done in the timeframe they promised. They protected our property during the install and cleaned up pristinely when they were done. You couldn't even tell they had been here! We highly recommend JMAC Construction. We will definitely be calling John again should the need arise for any work/repairs on our property.

The job went as planned and described to me every step of the way. John with JMAC took the lead in dealing with Metlife on my behalf as he understood the claims process better than I did. This required a few interactions over several months because initial payouts from big insurance are intentionally low and slow and don’t take into account damaged items found once the repair process begins and additional damage is uncovered. In the end, I had a new roof that was nicer looking and better quality than the original roof. They are also a locally based company, and did not ask for an “upfront cash deposit” or any other red flag which would indicate I’m about to be scammed. Would recommend JMAC to anyone!

They handled my hail claim from start to finish including windows, gutters, painting, and a new roof. JMAC's subs were knowledgeable and did quality work. John's knowledge of claims and working with insurance helped me get the proper payment to get all the work done to restore my home to new again. I strongly recommend this contractor if you have a storm claim.

JMAC Roofing & Construction repaired water damage on my home. They replaced a back door, wood floor, window sills and sheetrock damage. They did an excellent job, and replaced the door and window sills with better materials than the original materials?which is pretty rare for today. I would highly recommend them.
