Our 20-year old sound system had quit working and DeVance came to the rescue to finish an installation and programming that someone else, incompetent and unreliable, had left unfinished.  They told me what it would cost, how long it would take and made good on their estimate.  They programmed everything according to my specifications and I couldn't be happier.  They were knowledgeable, professional and polite and friendly.  Someone in the office always called to follow up with me to be sure I was satisfied with the work that had been done. I'm very happy with their service and will use them for any future sound system needs.

We included DeVance in our home remodel plans and contracted with them to upgrade our entire AV experience.  They did everything from pulling the necessary cables, to helping us select the correct components and finished with professional installation and training to complete the project.  

We have been very happy with our selection of DeVance and are currently working with them again on a new project.

I'm kicking myself for not submitting a report on DeVance A/V Design sooner. The personal touch, care and service of DeVance is unparallelled. They're a husband/wife run business who prides themselves on superior service - and it shows. From personal visits from both owners to personal follow-up calls to ensure everything is as planned, you couldn't ask for anything more. And speaking of the personal visit, Matt DeVance, in the process of installing the video camera system DVR saw the mess of wires behind my AV equipment and spent the time to organize, label and tie the groups of wires together to make it an easier and neater format behind the entertainment center. Like I'm saying, amazing service. Additionally, when a price came in higher than DeVance expected, THEY ate the cost and took it out of their margin. Talk about keeping a customer coming back. I've used them before and I will use them again. DeVance AV Design is the only place I'll purchase my AV equipment - and the only people I am certain will treat my home like it's theirs.
