Derrick was excellent. I found him on Facebook and he was able to come out the same day I called. He was on time, knowledgeable, courteous and most of all, fast! Once he completed the job he cleaned up the workspace and even stuck around to walk through my home to discuss other projects I need to complete. His service, pricing and quality were so outstanding that I just booked him today to come out this weekend and finish out my media room! I can't say enough great things about DC Media. The prices are so reasonable I was blown away when he provided me estimates for the services we discussed. If you don't give him a chance you are crazy and missing out!

Derrick exceeded ALL expectations. I texted him Saturday (after purchasing my TV on Black Friday.) He responded within minutes & provided me a quote which included concealed wires & a tilt mount. He arrived promptly SAME DAY at 7pm & had the job completely done within 30 minutes perfectly. Extremely professional & personable. I will refer everyone who needs their TV mounted to him. A++ service!

He consulted first on appropriate positions for th camera. He mounted the camera and the wiring was laid out. Connected it to the DVR , set it up and the mobile app. He did the same in 4 hours that he had quoted for.

I love my new setup! No cords are seen to clutter my space. Derrick mounted my 75" tv and soundbar for me. He arrived on time and mounted it exactly the way I wanted, clutter free space. Great experience with this company. He was punctual and friendly! Definitely recommending to my friends and family!
