The job took more than two months due to different crews being sent out to repair what previous crews had attempted. Rich admits it is not good work but basically cannot meet the quality standard his contract mentions. We called Rich out asking him to personally walk the job from the first week in as we could see it was not quality, he did not. We are left with an incomplete job, mess of nails and debris in our yard, over spray on everything.

Service and timeliness were fantastic. Rich was extremely helpful and was patient with me to work out various scenarios that fit my project timeline and budget. Really appreciated that I could reach someone at almost any time (kuddos to Elizabeth!) through an operations phone number and text line. Follow-up was great and they came out to touch up a just a few things and that was addressed promptly as well. Highly recommended and would absolutely use them again.

A+ in every way. The ability to freehand baseboards and thus not have to use tape on wood floors is amazing. Our crew was right on time, clean as a whistle, so pleasant and professional and they have mad skills! My husband is not easy to please, but he thinks this was terrific and said he'd use you all again any time.
