Roof, cover for deck, hardy board.

Bill, the owner, did a good job. He gave me an estimate the day after I called. We set a time and him and another guy were here on that day and completed the work. I no longer have rain water leaking in to my room. Yay!!I am so glad I found someone who could replace this roof. I will use them again if or when I need a replacement roof.

Overall good job and services provided as requested. My only issue is that I was not home when the job was performed so I was unable to view and discuss as the work took place (my dad was home but was not aware of my prior discussion with Mr. Sharp re the work)....that being said, the work performed was completed timely and efficiently and a good job was done for the price I paid. My only negative comment is that....the concrete pad that was poured, was originally discussed that the portion where the previously existing pad ended had about a 4 in "curb".....Bill had stated he would cut that down to be level with the ground and then pour the new pad to also be ground level----that was not done and instead I now have a raised pad for the new portion. Very easy to trip on and I find that will become more of a nuisance as time goes on. However, I am very happy with the patio ceiling replacement material. And it looks better than I thought it would! End result is---I honestly didn't want to spend a lot of money on a small "for now" project as my intentions are to rip it all out someday and put in a full outdoor patio/living space across the back of my house. So all in all I am satisfied with the finished product. And yes, I would definitely use Sharp Exteriors again for future home improvements!

Sharp Exteriors was the first company I called for a roof estimate and William Sharp was at my door less than 24 hours later to give me a detailed explanation of the project. I should have stopped looking there and then--but I did my due-diligence with other bids. Bill had the most reasonable price and was easily the most informative and comfortable to be around. We immediately trusted him and liked his approach to the project. We even drove the neighborhood to look at other metal roofs so I could ask questions and share what I liked and didn't like. Bill was patient and supplied us with samples--letting us choose, but weighing in with technical information that we appreciated. Once we were set to do business and get the project started, Bill outlined a timeline and let us know what to expect through out the project. Supplies were delivered to the house as promised and Bill's team started a daily regimen--the team showed up at the same (reasonable) time every morning and worked into the evening. They were respectful of our landscaping and frequently picked up debris from the yard (roofing isn't a mess-free project!). The project required total removal of the old roof and the installation of decking before the metal roof could be installed. Bill also blew in new insulation and worked in concert with an AC team that installed a new ducting system in our attic. Please note: Bill Sharp--the owner--was on site and working along side his team almost daily. His supervision made us that much more comfortable with the end product. He takes great pride in his work and we love our roof! Additionally--Bill helped us design and built a small outdoor cooking area that we have come to really enjoy. He understood our concept and easily translated it into a project that suited our budget. He utilized the same roofing material and tied it back into the house. It's fun and my favorite outdoor cook loves it! We are thinking of another "back patio" project and you can bet I'll be calling Sharp Exteriors--Bill and his team.

When contacted Mr. Sharp responded quickly. He is very reasonably prices always on time. Very precise & particular about his work.
