They are dependable, honest, and cost conscious. They have fixed my side mirrors, my back up alarm sensors, and just about everything else electronic that has failed. Wonderful people, friendly, sincere and trustworthy. Love this place.

Jordan's Automotive is someone we've used before and they are always reliable and we love them. They are not always the most economical but they are thorough and what they say they are going to do they get done and they don't go digging to create more work. We kind of switched to them because of the fact that they were more economical and they did a good job for us. They do excellent work and they are respected and known to do excellent work. You pay for what you get that you get to pay for. They only open four days a week, Monday to Thursday. So you know when they are there, you know what's going on, you get what you pay for and they have very low turnover in their mechanics. They've had people that work there for well over 15 years and they are very stable. The car had a leak in the gasket around the oil can and it was 17 years old and by the time you had to fill in the transmission which required cropping the oil can and the labor to get to the sort of the problem was going to be more than the value of the vehicle.

I've used Jordan Automotive for my wife's SUV and my truck for the last three years.  They're both 2006 models, so need occasional repairs, from transmission replacement to "what's that noise?   I have complete trust in them.

The Navigator cruise control was very difficult to install and get reprogrammed with Ford. It is quite computerized and had to have Ford download all the correct codes enabling it to work properly. The car had to be in a very stable, quiet environment for the download to work. After the third try it finally worked. The car was in the shop for a week. The cruise control works perfectly now.

They were a good company. They did the work promptly. They told me when they will have it done and they were real quick. Their customer support was great. When I called, they answered the phone and they explained to me what the problem was and when it will be ready. I had no problems with them.
