Charles and his crew did a great job! When he came out to see what I wanted he made suggestions that made a lot of sense. The estimate was very reasonable compared to sprinklers put in on 1 acre in Denton 10 years ago. Final price was exactly what he estimated, I paid 1/2 up front and 1/2 when all work was complete.
They were prompt and showed up for work when they said they would. I spent a lot of time watching them work (I was curious how they did things) and there was no slacking off. The guys joked and whatnot but it didn't slow the work down. Charles also added 4 hose bibs around my 12 acres that he suggested and I thought was a great idea. He did not charge me for the hose bibs or extra labor.
Charles is very knowledgeable about more than irrigation systems. We talked about wild fires and how to protect my property using the irrigation, what trees should be cut down (close to the house and generator) immediately if a fire happened to ensure they wouldn't fall on the house etc. He also suggested several trees/plants that would be good to plant around my property to help replace the 24+ dead trees from the drought.
I highly recommend Cody's Irrigation and would definitely use them again if needed.

This guy did not follow any directions! Supposed to show up first thing in AM, did not show till noon. then ate lunch. Then looked around and left. came back 2 days later and started. Was supposed to give me bill and I would approve and give to general contractor to pay. I went out of town - was supposed to be done by thisd time but wasnt - and he finished and gave bill to contractor. Then he started calling contractor and complained he wasnt paid. I wasnt back yet and had not approved installation nor bill. This guy started calling me and contractor every day complaining abut his bill; yet the job was not complete. I got him hisd money to stop the harassment, but it was another 2 months before he completed. I would call once a week to check and every time he gave me a song and dance about how he had to wait 10 days to get paid. Finally he completed the installation; but it was not done right. calls to get it corrected were never returned. THIS GUY IS A BIG RIP-OFF!!!

The work he did was very satisfactory and he did it in a very timely manner. He is a very honest guy. He tells you what he is going to do and does it, with no exceptions. I also like how he is very courteous and professional. The price was reasonable and quite in line with the competition.

This is my second review for Charles Cody of Cody's irrigation. This time for tree removal. Our neighborhood suffered damage in the Labor day fires in Bastrop and many homes lost all our oak and cedar trees. After getting several eye popping estimates from regular tree services, I spoke to Charles and he said "we'll do it" and he bid the job, at a fraction of the price of the others. He has done numerous projects of various scopes throughout our neighborhood. He is very trustworthy and honest and best of all a local. You won't be disappointed!

I called Cody's Irrigation on an afternoon and they showed up first thing the next morning to do the work. I was really hoping they could do the work within a week, but when they showed up the next day I was pleasantly surprised. They assessed the problems I had in my system and let me know what needed to be done. They completed the work in about 90 minutes and they showed me how they fixed the problems. I thought the pricing was very fair and I haven't noticed any problems in the last two months.

I will continue to use Cody's Irrigation for all my work on my irrigation system. I would recommend them highly.

Originally our system was connected to local water so quite a bit of trenching needed to be done. He also installed several hose bibs around the yard and some other sprinkler work. He is very professional and makes sure you are pleased. He is busy so you might have to call him a couple of times but the wait is worth it. So many people call themselves "irrigation specialists" but Charles Cody knows his business.
