Sales personal were condescending and unprofessional. The sales personal had no regards to customer satisfaction and in multiple instances gave misleading statements (lies from sales & first level management) when it came to having clear title on a car they sold. It took multiple attempts to resolve the title issue over 10 days and only when the general manager was involved was the issue addressed and resolved. I would never buy a car from them again nor should you!

The transaction was very easy. After I picked up the car, the tire pressure sensor gauge began malfunctioning. Sales person Grant Rice came and got the car, had the problem fixed, and returned the car to me. I never had to leave the house. Very pleased with this dealership.

Sales Manager and Mechanic took time to explain the repairs, to show me why the axle had to be replaced, etc. The work was well done, the people were very helpful, professional, and pleasant. The dealership is very clean and tidy, including the work bays. Great experience.
