"Dear Member and Future Customers, providing excellent customer service and standing by our word are the utmost concern. This client was provided a (1) verbal discussion during a walk through prior to his bid about the moving company’s liability for any moves as dictated by our license from the State of Texas. We offered to pack his boxes and to provide simple disassemble; however, that offer was refused. Next, a total of six (6) written instances of the liability were emailed and provided for him. Lastly, the customer signed two (2) separate documents, both prior to his move that explicitly stated the liability for coverage. As far as this settlement, we went above and beyond the minimum and we believe this is more than reasonable. Not every customer can be 100% pleased; however, we do try.
